My guess is about Ayaan knowing about what Dev did during break up track. I mean in one of the earlier episodes, Ayaan mentioned how he followed Dev's life and also that he knew everything about Dev - Sonakshi's love story... Hopefully it is something to do with that...

It was just him trying to provoke Sonakshi in the conversation.. cheap tactic by him ! He was so disrespectful to her, if Dev was there ...Ayaan would have had it
