that time when atul said aids ward is his dad was that his real dad or step dad confused plz help me out?????

Um it wasn't his real dad. Omi had adopted Atul because Omi was a aids patient. So that is why Armaan had asked Atul to help out when he found out that Ridhima was adopted. He knew how it felt and it was perfect to ask him and all. So omi isn't Atul's real dad.
