Did they say IVF ?? I didnt watch ...I just read the update...for IVF you will need both the man and woman to sign the document...reason here both man and woman becomes the donor as the egg and sperm are fused outside the body...and the lady will have to go thru surgical procedure twice under anesthesia and will need to be hospitalised both the times atleast for 2 to 3 days...and prior to this her cycles have to be cleared ..will be under hormone treatment and also frequent intrusive scans will be done to know the size of the egg..
I doubt if this is applicable because they said inhospitable uterus...which also means uterus may NOT be able to carry the pregnancy ...if that is the case IVF and IUI cant be an option...they can show ONLY surrogacy or adoption...
But again inhospitable uterus is a general term...there can be n number of reasons...and for each they have different treatment...so CVs need to clarify why her uterus is in hospitable.
Let us hope this time CVs will do some research ...
