No I am not talking about Shivika😆. I would just like to share several points of interest I have found on the new story of Priyanka and Ranveer.
- To begin with Gul has struck gold with Ayush Anand. He is one of the nicer finds of Television in recent times and definitely he and his character ACP Ranveer Singh Randhawa are the best things that have happened to this show in recent times. So I would like to begin my post praising him on his talent.
- I would also like to take a moment appreciate Ranveer's hotness. 🤣
- Thirdly, I have resigned to the fact that manhandling is an inevitable part of Gul Khan shows. Ishqbaaz is my first Gul Khan show but I have heard enough of her productions to know about the anti- heroes who are so full of themselves and the abla heroines who just succumb to the physical attack. I was little surprised when Ranveer actually grabbed Prinku and pinned her to the wall. I do not know how to take this actually since my initial protests have died out with the Shivika marriage. Protesting about manhandling looks pointless now.
- So, Ranveer's sister had been in coma for the past two years. I absolutely love the scene where he painfully confesses, threatens Priyanka by saying that he will make her fall in love with him, then marry her and fulfill the relation of hatred with her. I loved how direct he was. I had expected him to be shrewd, to play with Priyanka, and the Oberois, then stab them at their weakest point. And many of my friends were disappointed he wasn't as shrewd. But for me, this story has gotten a lot more interesting. Ranveer doesn't appear to be someone who is unjust. He truly believes Priyanka deserves all the punishment she is going to get. A man who can do so much in his sister's love cannot be wicked. I would like to see Priyanka falling in love with him for the man he is despite the torture and Ranveer eventually realizing that vengeance isn't as sweet, especially if you fall in love. This story is certainly the most interesting one now.
Ranveer might just threaten Priyanka into marrying him willingly, most probably blackmail her with Omkara who is still tangled with their story. As a fan of Om, I had always wished to see the "Kahani Inteqam Ki" for him. At least part of my wish is being fulfilled and PriVeer are getting the story. I hope they get a decent side track.
