Looks like cheek and lip fillers + weight loss. Her chin looks different, though.

Aside from the lips, I don't see much of a drastic difference. Nose and chin still look the same. Weight loss and bad styling made her look bad in Befikre.

one of my cheer up movie scene is from namastey london
where one of the suitors tells he had three times plastic surgery
n then kat says even after 3 plastic surgery u look like this awful?🤣
vaani just makes that movie come alive to me 😆
