Part 4 : Clash of egos!
Suraj carried Chakor to his room and put her on the sofa while Imli got a water bottle out from her bag and splashed water on Chakor's face.
The atmosphere inside the room was a mix of stress and tension which changed to relief when Chakor opened her eyes and saw Imli a bit worried trying to smile which ended up by a hug!
At the same time, a young man enters the room, making his way through the crowd and seeing both girls hugging, he says "Imli, what are you doing here? And Suraj, Why this crowd in front of your room?"
Imli breaking the sisterly hug, turned toward him and exclaimed "Vivan, she is my sister Chakor! New sports trainer of our univ." with a smily face.
Vivan turned toward Suraj in a happy mood said "Bhai, Dad will be really happy to know that the best athlete of the nation is our trainer. So this time, it's sure that our univ will be the winner of the InterUniversity Athletic Campionship!" .
Turning in Chakor's direction "Happy to have my Im" Chakor noticed the hestitaion in Vivan's talk but she let him continue "I mean Happy to have you as our trainer. Imli told a lot about you and after what I heard from Imli, I think I can say that you are the best in all you do!"
All this while, the crowd started to disappear and there was only the quarto and the carpenter waiting outside to start his work. Hearing his brother, Suraj was in great dilemma between his ego to fire Chakor or his father's happiness of having the best athlete in the univ.
As he didn't want to affect neither his father nor his ego, he spoke out "Vivaan, If you have finished, can you take Imli with you? I need to talk professional matters?".
With a little change in tone "And you, Miss. Chakor, follow me to the meeting room so that carpenter could work."
Turning toward the door, with his stiff body, he moved out of the room when he heard Imli telling "Didi, I will be waiting for you in the corridor!"
Chakor noded to her sister and followed Suraj, thinking "What does he want know? Did he change his idea?..."
Coming inside the room, Suraj closed the door and asked her "Tell me one thing, is this a way to gain sympathy or to be noticed by others?.
Without letting her a chance to speak, he continued. "Let it be, I want to know if you are still willing to work under me, I mean here, in this univ?"
"After hearing all your tantrums, do you think I will work here? After all I'm on a trial period now. I decided to quit!" letting her ego overpower her needs.
"I think that you didn't read well our univ rules and regulations before signing. Even if your probationary period is of 6 months or 1 year, you have to give a resignation letter 2 months before the date."
"You mean to say that I can't quit the job now! Do you have short memory loss?" Hearing this, Suraj eyes turned red in anger.
"Remember that I'm Dean of this univ!"
"So what, you are also a human!" She continued "Hours ago you wanted me quit the job and now you want me stay back!"
"I wanted to do you a favour regarding your contract as I didn't want to see your face but now I want to see you lose in the Championship coming month so that I can get a reason to dismiss you!".
He added "I think I will have pleasure torturing you!" in his head.
"No need of your favour, I will give you the letter tomorrow."
"Do you mean love letter?" with a nasty smile.
"Resignation letter!" in an irritated look.
Disgusted of his talks, she decided to be out of this room the sooner possible.
Ignoring her thoughts, she told "Try to find some other excuses to dismiss me, as I will not let anyone destroy my passion." after a break she added "sir!"
Now the Campionship has become a challenge for both of them.
Suraj knows that his univ will be on toppers list as always to not disappoint his father but at the same time he will not let it come to the first position too in order to satisfy his ego.
Chakor on the other knew well that she will giver her 200% to make it her best achievement without thinking a damn about Suraj.
After few seconds of angry fireworks through their eyes, Suraj went back to his room to find Mr. Pandey waiting for him to inform him about the completion of work in his room. And Chakor met Imli before going inside the sports room to change her attire to start her training class of the day.
Time passed and students from univ started to leave. After making the conclusion of today's training class, she made her way to the staffs quarters where she asked Imli to wait for her in front of the main entrance.

Chakor is peacefully sleeping when she hears a bang on the wall and some one screaming in the house next to hers.
