Part 5 : Another simple day!
Chakor and Imli are unpacking few bags in their new house and having sisterly talk :
"Did u get all your things from hostel?"
"Yeah di!" after a pause "So, how did you find our univ?"
"It's the hell on earth!"
"Why are you telling like this di?"
"Your physco Dean is always on my nerves! The only place I can feel relaxed is while beeing on the
tracks and inside the sports room!"
"You are in this univ only since 2 days di, how can you judge him?"
"No need for 2 day, just a simple conversation is enough!" saying this, Chakor finished her work and
sat on her bed.
"Diii!"
"Let's stop talking about that Rude and sleep now! By the way, thanks for grocery shopping."
Knowing that her sister will not accept anyone's opinion on a person, she decided to not speak about
it for now!
"Good night di!"
"Sweet dreams dear!"
Imli smiled at her sister and switched off the light.
Around 2:00 Am
After being woken up by a bang on the wall next to her bed, Chakor told to herself it's nothing, she
tried to get back to sleep. After a few minutes however, she heard a bang again. She sat up straight
in the bed and looked around. And saw that Imli was not there on her bed, she got worried and shaking
slightly she began to go toward the hall when she heard another bang and someone screaming from
other side of the wall.
She thought for a second that she already heard this voice but for now all that she cared about is her sister.
She checked the full house but she found herself alone in this small house. Dialing Imli's number on
her cell, she came out the house to notice the same costly car in front of the house next to hers and
noticed Imli's refelection on the car.
Chakor cut the call and went towards Imli who is standing near a tree.
Seeing Imli's action, she felt the presence of someone else too.
"Imli!"
Imli hearing her sister's voice, turned in Chakor's direction and got shocked.
Imli making a hand gesture came upto Chakor and said "Di, you here?"
When Chakor asked in a questioning look "I should ask it, what are you doing here at this time?"
"Wo di, I..." hesitating to give her sister an answer. "As I'm doing masters degrees in Psychology, I
had a task of observing human nature after beeing awake all night. So I wanted to test myself, di!"
she felt releived after giving a valid reponse.
"You can do it by staying inside the house, reading books or ...!"
"I wanted to do a small walk!" saying this, Chakor held her sister's hand and took her toward their
house when Imli stopped by hearing her sister saying "This is his car!"
"What are you talking about di?"
"Your favorite Dean's car infront of our neighbour's house!"
"He is our neighbour di!"
"How do you know?" shocked Chakor
"My friend told me that he stays in univ quarters since two years. If you are sure it's Dean's car, I'm
sure to say that he is our neighbour."
"How can he stay here, in staff"
"Why can't he?" inturrupted her sister
"Tomorrow I will make sure we shift from here!"
Both the sisters had a little talk over the house while entering it.
Chakor went back to sleep feeling the silence on the other side of the wall.
Next day morning, Chakor with a determined face made her intention of shifting the house to the responsible.
But it was of no use! So she decided to adjust there for the rest of the time!
On her way to the ground, she met him : Mr. Suraj Rajvanshi.
In no mood to spoil her day, she wanted to escape from his sight. But how come he didn't notice her!
Of course he did and he even came to her, saying "So Miss, are you here to accept you defeat?"
"Came to give my RESIGNATION letter" she took a breath "sir!"
"Of course, how can I forget it? Where is it?"
"It's on your table by now I suppose!"
"what about the training?"
"You don't need to worry for it!"
"Of course, I have to! it's my univ's reputation."
"I thought that you don't care about these stuffs." in a mocking way
"You are thinking a lot about me, I suppose!"
"Why should I?"
"Oh please! Tell it directly that you always think about me!" teasing her
"Why are you staying in staff's quarters? trying to divert the topic
"It's none of your business!" changing his tone
"Why were you banging on the wall and screaming last night?"
"Why do you have always problems with other's matters?"
"A question is not an answer for a question!"
"I don't need to answer your questions, Miss. Chakor! If you waste your time thinking about me, how will you win?" saying this he continued to go to his room.
"As always!" she said to herself and got out of that place.
