1. Forced her to marry him --> when the truth comes (and it will) his family will see what he is really like. I doubt Omru will be as causal as Daadi was 😆

-The writers like to repeat scenes. He had his proposal scene then she had hers. So there is the possibility of her
1. Giving him divorce papers in the future
2. Not claiming him as her husband publicly
She may claim that he is legally her husband to foil Tia's plot but will serve him the divorce papers once that is done and refuse to be his wife anymore (the roses she throws away). By then Shivvay is in his private hell of his own making
3. Use his weakness against him (the precap was hinting at the tables turning it might be her, Daadi, or the ACP, but someone is going to take away his control and force him into a situation he doesn't want)
And this he has brought upon himself in his pride and arrogance by announcing Tia as his wife to the world. We may have the ONS MU cleared in a short time which will lead to the old Shivvay back on scene and getting drawn to Annika again. A couple of episodes later we could have either Tia's pregnancy or Tia's truth coming out where the blackmail now starts.
Tia will tell him that he has no choice but to hand over his share of the Oberoi money, that they want, or face humiliation of the truth coming out that he is married to a married woman. Annika has only predicted his future because she knows the truth about Tia. It won't even be labelled as revenge on her part when that happens - it will be pure Karma.
That is when I can see Pinky begging Annika to announce to the world that she was actually the one in the mandap and that she as the one who married Shivvay legally. Which I know Annika will do in court or wherever necessary because it is not in her nature to be spiteful but she would be long gone as a real wife by then and probably living at her home again. Shivvay would have saved his stocks and Oberoi Shares but he would have ruined the very thing he lives for and is so proud about - his NKK with the scandal he caused.
4. She will cause him to have his own breakdown in the future
Refusing to be his wife or have him in her life should be a breakdown enough if he is madly in love with her by then ... lol
I think his heart problem will cause her to have a change of heart ... if that made sense😆
