^Next to my house in Bangalore.Axis bank.Should I Pm u my address.

Deposited 40k, withdrew 20k.Only 10 ppl were entering the bank at a time. Withdrew 6k with 3 cards in ATM on both days.

Some vendors are taking old notes still than taking 2k notes.

I am neither from Bangalore nor an Axis Bank customer so its of no use to me. I also have 40K at home in 2K notes. Notes which are more or less useless with short supply of smaller denominations.

And yah even the fertilizer grants etc in the most rural areas r conducted through cheques n bank accounts so I guess it's more a norm now. I guess it all comes with being a tiny country and the almost perfect literacy rate..

Anwyay we both I think finally can make the head and tail of this situation now thanks to this thread 😃
