The only point about content, its totally in the hands of BB and its editors what they show on the show
if they show 45 mins of only M3 and OM-G, automatically people will come to the conclusion that only these 4 are providing content whereas there were many scenes omitted which can be seen in a uncensored videos which could have easily made it to the main episode which shows people other than M3 and OM-G.
BB is also focused on projecting an image.
