CVs are showing that actions speak louder than words. No its not about who knew the latest treatment and whose treatment was more effective, it is the action after knowing what worked. Here are some examples
1. ishwari's kavi samellan, not waiting for Sona for cake - Sona not making a big deal about it
2 Ishwari's lecture on ma beta relation - Sona was actually worried about Dev's health and was not worried about her reputation among Dixits. She threw the Rest of the dixits out politely so they (Ish and her) could concentrate on Dev, did not make a big deal about her treatment in front of the doctor, never complained to the doctor about kadha, took care of him later at night, helped him with shoes so he could go and talk with maa, helped maa with bandage
