How shivay can give divorce to Anika

Anika and shivay both r not married for world...and tia is his wife for society...so how can shivay can filed divorce case against anika...

On what basis..😔

Unless and until he declared anika as his wife he cant divorce her..

Please clarify..i am very confused

In reality divorce is not so easy.. the couple have to give valid reasons and asked to reconcile before taking this step. But this is a soap unlike in real life anything is possible

No one knows that it was Anika who got married by the priest to Shivaay. Not even the priest knows that!

I don't know how a Hindu marriage is sanctified but I am very sure that there is a record that the priest has to make out, and that it has to have a girl's name and a boy's name. 😆

But this is Shivaay, after all. He is a very careful businessman who takes care of all eventualities. If he takes care that there is clear divorce today, then there is no chance that someone cannot come up many years later and accuse him of still being married!

And I think, that somewhere, with Anika, the guy will have his own weird sense of decency going on. It's as if he regards her as an equal and will give her that stiff-english gentleman's promise that all is well-understood on where he stands with her.

So just like there was a contract with Richa's parents, I am sure that he will at least make sure that there _is_ a contract with Anika. And that contract will clearly say "divorced", and he will have a copy and she will have a copy and both will have signed it.

@CrazyabtTV: True that divorce is not easy. But in this case, they don't even have to get to "divorce". Annulment is what needs to be done if they haven't slept with each other. And annulment is much easier than divorce.

Gee, I wonder why Shivaay doesn't use "annulment" in his one-day marriage plan?
