pragya is bunty and bablee chachi...so I don't know why everyone including dadi is so shocked that the kids will call her chachi...

All are shocked because Abhi is shocked looking at their chemistry. Also from his POV may be kids need to call Tanu as chachi in current track as she is his would be and not Nikitha who is his secretary.

Pragya should not have got or gifted those kids in everyone's sight.

She shouldn't have wished them in the open either.

Because of this ,the kids had addressed her that way immediately in the open.

The family was shocked by pragya's MISTAKE.

Abhi being shocked is natural.

Haaye GBSC or the family could have explained to the kids that since chachu doesn't remember chachi they need to be mindful not to call her that in front of him. Perhaps they were shocked at their own lapadwahi/careless incompetence.

Sorry I missed the sarcasm GBSC! I'm used to seeing perfecrly earnest criticism of Pragya so didnt read btwn the lines. you are quite right, Pragya taking an open claim is a challenge the Mehras need!
