Yes somu ab preeto ki haath ki kathputili hai.. Wo surbhi ka saath nahi jana chahti aur harman ko pass nahi ane degi preeto ka baat par aur ab harman ka pyar ko no boal kar unka love hate start ho ga😳

this is not dumbness...she wants happiness for harman...she thinks she can't give happiness to him ...she is doing this for harman...her jaan stands before her...wants to live with her forever...and gives so much of love & care...deny her jaan's love & pretend to stay away from him needs so much of courage...saumya is mentally strong person...her strength & weakness both are harman...and harman can even manage preeto's tantrums and dramas ..but can't manage saumya's stubbornness...his weakness is saumya...preeto realized it when saumya determinedly said we should not leave this house and harman became speechless...so preeto changed her strategy...she is hitting on harman& saumya's weak points...hope saumya will realize soon that harman's happiness lies on her ONLY and she is not burden to him, she is his jaan...

so now soumya is doing for harman happiness
soumya wants harman to have a happy life

Saumya is not projected as dumb, but selfless here. After her mother it was harman who supported her through thick and thin. He even rebelled against his family and made saumya stay in the house. So she thinks that its her turn now to repay his good deeds and for this even if she has got to stay away from him just for his happiness she will definately not back-off. She is shown as strong person here who for her love's sake is ready to sacrifice his own happiness. She even told preeto yesterday that she too cares for the families well-being and she will take care that she doesn't becomes the reason for everyone's displeasure. She is definately a strong girl, who acts selfelessly when needed.

this is obviously not dumbness rather its pure dedication towards the loved one. Somu knows how harman has saved her every time but she couldn't give a child to him. This makes her guilty in her mind to stay close with harman. Even before preeto has said her plan to somu, she was determined to do anything for his happiness ad for the sake of his family. it's a selfless care which can only come when true love is present,,,
