Surely he would have realised that madhu was trying to kill him off but he seems to have blanked that out and is still plotting with her. Where did Pratap go?

I thought Ankur would turn positive and realize it was because of Madhu he could have died and Santoshi saved him. Well Santoshi Maa saved him, but you know what I mean.
