Don't think doc will really end up helping Pragya. Sarla ma's role is to complicate things than to solve them so far. So let's see.

I don't even know why do they need that doctor to help Pragya prove she is not pregnant. I don't think she will be able to help really. The real help is if she can successfully confess Aaliyah had asked her to do this!

What does the video have?

If it's Maa convo with doctor, it clearly says someone framed her.
How can they avoid that and continue the party?

I seriously don't understand what does the video have and how Taliya escaped.

If you ask me it's already late. IMO P should scream immediately that she is not pregnant.
Anyways lucky her she proved the next day itself unlike Abhi, for whom she took months.

Both Accountant who framed Nikitha for property and financial fraud and Doctor who defamed her with fake pregnancy have been threatened to death by Aliya and she also bribed both with money. So both wouldn't dare to take Aliya's name but instead they can mention that they were forced to make false accusations on Nikitha by one lady.

This can atleast sow a seed of doubt in Abhi's mind and Pragya & Purab can manipulate and project Tanu as the lady who is mastermind behind these two accusations since she hates Nikitha so that actual truth comes out from horses mouth. Tanu could be made scapegoat as Aliya is too smart to easily escape before Abhi with some family emotional drama unlike Tanu. But KKB writers/CVs wouldn't dare take this simple route since they write entire script from Tanu's POV this is Tanu's Bhagya to not get caught even for smallest of her ugly deeds or Abhi always ignores her misbehavior even in ML track..
