Later he flew away in his chopper like a prince but he left his princess behind gawking at him. And then they were like, nah! We will never meet again but as it was planned they met and this time he found her in the form of his bride. Not literally, it was just some technical fault caused by Shivaay's youngest brother.
He insulted her previously and now called her brother handicapped, how could Anika tolerate that so she took a glass of water and threw it on Mr. Oberoi's face. Splash!
Hurling insults at each other, they challenged each other, Anika won some, shivaay won some but this takkarbaazi bought her to him and they both alas were under the same roof as one! Throwing her into the pool, bailing her from jail, he was the tempest and she was a Gail.
Drenching him with all kinds of water, he did not leave a chance to fight her .
Amidst of all this happened the great misunderstanding. Shivaay thought that Anika tried to demean and defame his family name, he declared war on her, called her selfish and greedy and behaved badly.
This lead to the 3-days challenge that Shivay will break her ego and get an apology out of her. He tried once again, he rejected her tender, bribed her lawyer and even tried to break her house. That day the God cried because one child of his was trying to hurt its own soul. Shivaay thought that he had won it but he failed to realize that nothing bad can happen to good people.
He hurt her with his words and taunting questions, she gave it back hiding her tensions.
He tried to apologize on his family's insistence, but oh all he found his him fighting with her persistence.
And he confused her by showing her a glimpse of his real side, of his real self. Both of them affect each other in ways but their egos stand in between blocking the space.
But the past came interfering again as Shivaay accused Anika of defaming his family's name. But like they say the truth can't stay in dark forever, soon enough Shivaay got to know about the truth behind that chip. But it was too late, Anika had already quit.
And that's when Shivaay Singh Oberoi tried to apologize but he ended up in a more dangerous situation as he had Anika's certain demands to fulfill. He can now feel her presence, sense her around him.
Their fights were the result of their Takkarbaazi, but those little moments ignited a spark to their Ishqbaazi!!
Someone tried to kill Shivaay, soul felt it's other half's pain that's why even unknown to Shivaay's condition she felt restless as if someone close to her was in danger.
From the nicknames, the married banter to the eye locks to the falls, They seem to be finally breaking the barrier and answer cupid's calls. Anika knows that Shivaay is a good brother and Shivaay knows Anika is not a bother. They have come a little close to each other than before, she decided to end their fight but fate just laughed at their plight.
Known to be the mischievous one fate wants to play some more. It was time for revenge, he threw her in the pool so now he was thrown in the pool by her.
Once again she had saved his life but as same as before he chose to blame her instead of saying thank you. Dark was the night so Shivaay had to drop Anika home himself. Something something happened during the ride as their hands touched and sparks flew outside.
He helped her when she was hurt, but the fate and her mischievous nature created an awkward situation again when Shivaay was glued to a chair. Paying no heed to her requests he stood up without giving out a second thought and because of that his pants tore apart.
Having no other choice he had to wear the clothes that Anika have and become Kanha that too on Janamashtmi day. When she teased him about the situation he got angry, really angry and blasted at her. Feeling bad Anika was about to leave but Dadi stopped her and asked her to help her in the preparations.
Villains planned something again but it was Anika who fell in danger. She fell unconscious like the sleeping beauty and her prince got worried. He felt that it was hard to breathe as she didn't respond to anyone. While everybody tried to wake the sleeping beauty up, the prince instead of a kiss came up with a bucket full of watery and threw it over her.
Right choice at the right time gave the right results, finally the sleeping beauty woke up. He smiled as she blinked her eyes and asked if that was some kind of revenge but he didn't answer and felt good that she was out of danger. He started trusting her and smiled because of her.
Later when he realized what he had done he felt so smug that finally he got the printer opportunity to throw water on her. Later his brothers decided that it was high time Shivaay and Anika need to stop their fights. A simple breakfast was planned but out instead looked like a date.
For the first time they talked normally but can anything stay normal for long time in their life? They were taking about marriage and stuff when came on a runaway bride. Shivaay's ex and his rival's would be wife, came there Malika looking gorgeous as a bride. When Shivaay was against her choice of running away there came Anika and made him look at the situation the other way.
First time out was when somebody influenced Shivaay Singh Oberoi and made him change his decision.
Later they were talking about love when she spoke about her wish of becoming someone's dream and desire, it was the look in his eyes that said millions of things but he didn't express.
Then came the night where the girls and boys team were made, one trying to scare the other wanting to prove that whose more strong. Anika tried to scare him but instead got lost in him. Later she tried to sort out the misunderstanding between him and his fianc. A party was planned and drinks were served everybody got drunk and partied hard.
Shivaay and Anika got drunk and the things they were keeping from each other were let out in open. He told her that she was very cute and she said that she loved his eyes. They talked and then danced unaware of the fact that all their fun was being recorded.
Came the next morning and he found her on his arms. They remembered each and every bit of it but chose to ignore it all. She made him laugh and he made her smile. Later when the realized that others were gonna see what they did, both of them teamed up and successfully avoided an upcoming awkward situation.
While he was confused about what to do she was there to help him out. Together they helped Malika sort her problems with Siddharth and Malika asked Shivaay to accept that Anika does affect him after all. But again he refused to accept the truth and Anika's oblivious to it all.
However, deep down his heart, there were words, actions which Shivaay couldnt control... His eyes searching for her everytime... Him calling her as his family to protect her from the police... Him being so touched by her concern for her family. Yet deep down he also didnt want to accept the truth... which was knocking at his heart's door...
Shivaay was against a cliff, he was the Great wall of shivaay, and to protect his family, he was again going to sacrifice himself, marry Tia within one day. He was confused, by his actions, by the hurt in Anika's eyes... but he was the Great Shivaay Singh Oberoi, and for him, heart didnt matter.
However, elsewhere there was a girl, who couldnt let her Billuji marry in such way. and her photographic memory helped her found evidence, and like a princess charming, she ran and saved the hero in distress from marrying the wicked Tia...
What could go wrong with her at his side, and Shivaay managed to somehow catch the girl and protect his family from the murder accusation, and that day he finally included her in his personal circle "One for all, and all for one", the Oberoi circle only reserved for him and his brothers.
But alas, it was as if fate was against them, or should we say that Anika's problem attracting magnet was far more efficient than any normal magnets... Again she ended up wrong despite herself... she found herself caught between her friend and the man who gradually was starting to mean a lot in her life...
If Shivaay couldnt accept a simple rich illegitimate person, then what chance did she an orphan has. In a desperate moment, she stood as the great wall of Anika to protect Priyanka, and in return she was told her exact place and position in the family.
All the closeness, all the love, all the respect she received had were apparently conditional and she again was insulted and with her pride intact, she simply walked away from the man who again could hurt her when none could.
That night, it was a night of darkness and pain, why did he fire her? why did he lose control with her? why was she crying as if someone has torn something from her body? why were both feeling so much pain? why? but they had decided to walk away from each other finally, but little did they know that fate had something else in store for them... sometimes life, sometimes fate or should we say death brought them back together.
He was accused of murder, and she had a chance to save him. The only hick, she had to sacrifice her reputation for him? without wasting one second, she ran to save him shocking everyone? but why did she save him? even she had no answer to this question. she knew she'd be insulted for this lie, yet it still hurt her when she was termed as an opportunist and characterless by everyone. still she stood strong, afterall it was her choice. but who would save her from the sick society?
In a moment of anger, he had fired her. In a moment of distress, she had saved him. he felt so little, so insignificant compared to her... how could that simple middle-class girl always manage to overtake him in everything, why did she always help him, when deep down he knew he wasnt worth her sacrifice. he had to thank her and say sorry... these two words which never came quickly to him infront of her.
Like a movie hero, he went to save her, yet one glimpse of her, and he knew nothing could take back his cruel words. so as an apology, he let himself be beaten till his brothers came to help him. With a bucket of water, he tried to show how sorry he really was, and finally those words "Sorry" came out of his mouth, shocking Anika more than anything.
Confusion and more confusion seemed to be lurking around these two? why did Anika save him? why was Shivaay touched? why did both of them care so much! and words which could never be uttered in senses, being drugged made it easier for Shivaay to state his feelings... That there was something, something special between them. Him being at ease with her, laying her head on her shoulder, sleeping on her lap. Had they really undertaken such a long path till this one...
Anika went home even more confused about her actions, however deep down, she knew and hoped for something out of Shivaay's mumblings. However, Shivaay was afterall the great SSO, how could he really become so vulnerable to a no-existing middle class girl. in an attempt to ignore and run away from his growing feelings towards Anika, he took the plunged and declared to everyone that he'll marry Tia two weeks after Diwali... Hurting Anika again by his words and actions
Amidst so much pain and confused feelings, it was like a gift from God, Anika came to know about Tia having an affair, and she did everything to tell Shivaay the truth... but sometime fate was against her, sometimes Shivaay was too busy in his own bubble that Anika loved him, to even consider her words...
And then entered another wicked sorcerer in this flawed fairytale, Daksh naam hein. Once he came, he was after Anika, claiming love at first sight... But deep down, he was a devil hiding, a psycho, who went to any extent to force a 'yes' from her.
Traumatised by a stalker, claimed to be a liar by the one person she cared a lot, and left alone to deal with the stalker, completely pushed to the wall by circumstances, finally despite her heart shouting a big "NO", she accepted Daksh's proposal.
More and more misunderstanding, infact misunderstanding ka galore was in their life, where Shivaay now thought Anika to be a characterless girl, while Anika thought Shivaay wanted her gone and thought she was a liar... Both hurt beyond their imagination...
and finally, both married today... why? how? Right? Wrong? Did they even exist for each other? was the care even here? was the trust even here? Yet despite everything, today they got married against their wishes, against their heart, against their principles, against everything they ever believed in...
was this the start of a beautiful journey, or a trip down hell before happiness came back after a long long time
