As is well known, popular TV actor RajatTokas, who is currently seen as playing the character of Chandragupta Maurya, is extremely dedicated to his craft. Recently the actor continued to shoot despite a serious injury as athorough professional on the sets of his show Chandra-Nandni,
Sources present on the sets told us, "Rajat prefers to perform all his stunts and action sequences on his own. We were shooting an intense war sequence on the set where Rajat got majorly injured and had a sudden trauma on his neck.According to his medical reports the tissues have bled internally and to avoid further complications he has been advised complete bed rest. But the kind of sincere & hardworking guy Rajat is, he surprised us by showing up on set to shoot further."
When asked about how the show will progress in terms of story as the main protagonist Chandra is injured, the source added, "Looking at his generous gesture, we made a special arrangement where he comes and shoot his close shots and doesn't resort to any physical activity."
As of now, the actor is taking it easy and is only shooting light scenes which do not require much effort and is resting as much as he can.
We wish Rajat a speedy recovery.
