My cousin she named her daughter Prena n she is muslim so wat difference it make

Ok, Ayesha is a muslim name but it is also a Hindu name. The meaning is just different.

Like the name "Kiran" is an Hindu name but it is also an Irish name.

But nowadays, it doesn't really matter.
