Till now Malti has been trying to keep Sadhna away from Puneet's family like Nani and Mami. But now, on the day of the marriage, Malti wants Sadhna to be seen by them.
What do u think cud be Malti's plan? Wud love to hear all your views.
Well, this is what I think:
We all know that Malti wants to get 3 lacs from the 10 lacs that Puneets mom is eying to get from Ragini's family. So previously she was avoiding Sadhna from being seen by Puneets family, it cud be cuz when Puneets family sees Sadhna they'd wonder why their son is getting married to a dark skinned girl when there is a fair skinned girl in the family. Seeing that, they cud either back off from the wedding or they wud ask for more dowry since they are getting a dark skinned girl as a bahu. And when they'd ask for dowry, Mamaji wud refuse and the engagement wud break as they have not gone much ahead with the wedding preperations.
But by showing Sadhna to Puneet's family on the day of the wedding, the same thing will def happen - Puneet's family will tell that they will back off from the wedding if they don't give them ten lacs as more dowry. And now in this sitn, Ragini's family is in a fix. Guests have been invited, and its a bad name for the family and the girl if the baraat goes back. So they wud have no other option but to give the 10 lacs to Puneet's family and Malti wud get what she wants.
So I think this what Malti's plan is, but somehow I think something will go wrong and the plan may backfire.. esp cuz of today's incident with Sadhna and the pot. The wedding is sure to be delayed, Ragini looked adamant abt postponing the wedding.. and Malti will surely support that, and Vinu will support his wife.
