I don't know why but the masked guy to me looked like a girl... i've watched it five time and feel like it's a woman but not tia...and it is a possibility its daksh as well. Because indian telly anything is possible.And his proof is that Tia was there in the party with him in the pics????Maybe Tia and him took pics to make an alibi. I agree he's not Tia's D but that still does not mean he's not involved with tia..

Mera Tou khud guess Daksh par pakka hai. I mean he is in the story for some reason. So simply this could be the reason. Maan lia he's Tia's D, but he is stalker for sure.
