After today episode i am pretty sure karuna is not real mother

And if not then karunas upbringing is under scanner now..

It is time to educate yourself. There are many 'real" families throughout the world through adoption. Posts like yours are limiting and hurtful.

Whether he was adopted, or not he may have trouble understanding his mother's value system.
