Anybody knows why Om and Priyanka are so tensed..whats the secret they both hiding?

They are hiding abt an accident frm d family n everyone!girl is alive or nt we dont knw!

Om and prinku secret is not revealed yet. But it seems 2 years ago prinku drove car and caused accident. Om was with her. He tried to find body of victim but couldn't find. Atlast he decided to keep whole accident as secret. But guilt made him drug addict and prinku suffered from anxiety disorder. Still identity of girl is not known as body was not found. Past is not revealed so it not confirmed that what happened at the night of accident.
