but i am confused did neel tell nishi anout saloni, i mean like he knows her n he loves her, they r friends n rest😕... i will be very thankfullllll to u guys

Neel did not mentioned to Nishi anything about Saloni..Nishi thinks Neel is helping Saloni just like he would for any other patients..However, Nishi is suspecting and its more than what meets the eye.
