Nobody is replacing anybody! - Gauri Shinde on Ali Zafar

Despite there were several disruptions over Pakistani artists ban in India, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil witnessed a green signal and was appreciated by the audience. Even Fawad Khan, who was one of the prime reasons for the ban, was applauded for his small role in the film. Now, the next movie which is ready for its release and has a Pakistani artist in it is Gauri Shinde's second directorial Dear Zindagi. The film stars Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan in the leads with Pakistani singer-actor Ali Zafar, Kunal Kapoor and Angad Bedi in pivotal roles.

In the third teaser of the film, Dear Zindagi Take 3, we got to see Kunal and Angad's short glimpses but Ali was nowhere to be seen. There were several reports that Tahir Raj Bhasin, who recently shot for a song in the film with Alia has replaced Ali in the film. Moreover, the reports further added that Zafar's portions were re-shot in Goa with Tahir. Now, as per a popular tabloid, all these reports are baseless and Ali is very much in the film.

Gauri even happily confirmed the news saying, "Nobody is replacing anybody."

Well, that says it all!
