Payal might take advantage of the real Mahi/Aleena to get the property under her name. Payal obviously wants the property to herself, and the fake Mahi is making Satya the trustee. Payal might make a deal with Aleena to pretend to be real Mahi and give her the property share, while the she might harm the fake Mahi.
In all of this Payal inadvertently uses the real Mahi and gets expose, I got this from one of the youtube comments I read.
