In Gadar, one of the characters says Hindustan murdabad or something. Does it mean the director agrees with it? The director is simply showing different characters, and each character has his or her own beliefs and opinions. Why should everyone agree that Rafi is great? I do not think there is a single person in this world who are unanimously hailed. Mother Teresa, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr.. all these people have detractors - who is Rafi?
