PROLOGUE:

Inside Preekar's room

Pushkar deep in thought, muttering to himself, This doesn't make sense at all!'

Preeti was busy applying night cream and humming to herself! She half heartedly asked him thinking might be some case he is working on, Kya? What doesn't make sense?'

Bhaiya aur Sumo!

She visibly stiffened, Matlab! Kya kehena chahate ho...?'

Tumne dekha na Bhaiya ko? Bhaiya was going crazy with worry and yet when I asked him about his feelings earlier, he always rejected saying they are only friends. Aur Sumo bhi. I was so sure that they loved each other and then Aditya happened and so I thought, may be I was wrong! But aaj Daboo ke sawaal se Bhaiya, itne uneasy hone lage..Pyar to hain? To fir izhaar kyun nahi?

Preeti was stuck! What was she supposed to do? Pushkar didn't know, what she knew..at least she knew Suman di's side of the story! But why is Shravan behaving the way he is! She has no clue! And thinking has never being her strong point! So should she tell Pushkar whatever she knew! Suman di ka Vaada tor du? But yeh Suman di ke Bhalai ke liye hi to hain...

he could clearly see her squirm wih indecision. He was sure soemthing was up!

Preeti kya tum kuch janti ho jo mujhe janni chahiye?

Pushkar, woh mujhe tumhe kuch bolnni thi... and out came the entire truth, the memory box, her Suman di's heart break, Ramnath Uncle's blackmail, Shravan's breaking friendship and last but not the least Suman di's promising to marry Aditya to appease Nanu!

Pushkar was shocked! It took some time to settle in the entire truth and he was sure, his wife will not be lying about something so important and grave.

Enough is enough!

Bhaiya and Sumo needs to sort this out and he, as their well wisher I need to do something about it. It is now or never.

"Mission ShraMan Milap" starts!

Pushkar gets up from the bed pulling her up.

Bhaiya ke room main!'

But Pushkar, unki aaj peheli raat hain!

Peheli Raat ek dusre ki akhri raat na ban jaye, isiliye hi jana chata hu!'

They softly knock the door, (just in case you never know) and open it to see the most unique Pehli Raat' indeed!!!

What the Heck!

Bhaiya, Sumo, Aap log kar kya rahe ho?

Shravan and Sumo were both glaring at each other holding pillows ready to attack the other.

The room was in a complete mess which silently screamed the true story of their Suhag Raat'

Dishevelled bedsheets, torn flowers and flying cotton from the torn pillows which Preeti and Vandy Bhabhi had decorated a while back for their first night!

If he was contemplating whether they should interfere or not in his big brother's affairs before entering the room, now Pushkar knew this was the best decision ever.

Realizing they have company, both Shravan and Suman jerked from their respective position and started to look guilty but then again not sure how to exactly explain the situation.

****Flashback****

What exactly are you doing Shravan?'

Coming out of the washroom, the first thing she notices is him arranging the cushions on the sofa! She muses,' Oh God, is he thinking of sleeping there? His half body will also not fit there!!'

Without turning back, he replied, Arranging your bed ofcourse!'

And here she was worried about his legs! Legs be damned! Aur main Qutub Minar ki soch rahi thi... Rolling her eyes, she quipped, Main kyun Sofa pe sougi? Bed hain na!'

Shravan gritted his teeth and turned towards her, He hates being this brute but he cannot turn soft at this juncture, once gone, he will be gone forever. He already had to use the servant's washroom and today is the first night...errr...don't think don't think about nights and firsts...first Day of their marriage!

Suman, this is my room! And this is my bed! I am sure, as much as me, tum bhi mere saath ek bistaar pe nahi sona chahate..

Sumo, visibly turned pink, Damn right you are! But this is our room now! I am Mrs Malhotra right! So mera bhi iss kamre pe utna hi haq hain jitna tumhara hain..'

Matlab, I will sleep on the Bed and you on the sofa!'

Saying so, they both clambered on the bed, not ready to go down without a fight. Then ensued in the pillow fight...

He didn't know what to say after that! She was too close to the truth! His existence, her presence! But He could not let her affect him so much so soon!

With that she yanked it hard and since he was holding it very tight, the pillow split into two, with cottons flying everywhere. They were so engrossed in their fight and they didnt hear the soft knock which must have announced Preeti and Pushkar's advent.

Pushkar was flabbergasted! What had happened to his mature Bhaiya and sensible : a tad bit mad, but still sensible friend Sumo!

Enough, you guys! Kya bachon ki tarha aap log jhagra kar rahe ho! Look at the mess! Lag raha hain, world war III chal rahi thi. Ho kya gaya hain aap dono ko? Aap dono best friends hain remember? Na ki ek dusre ke dushman!

Shravan was ashamed, He could see preeti peeping from behind Pushkar.

Chote, we will deal our issues amongst ourselves! Preeti bhi bichari wait kar rahi hain...please you guys carry on.

So here I am locking this door and only when I think you have resolved majority of your issues, I will open this door.

Sumo was tired with Malhotra brothers! Ek hain ki 5 min main shaadi karta hain aur ek hain jo raat ke ek baaje truth & dare khelna chahata hain!

Sumo threatened, Pushkar, Main tujhe warn kar rahi hu, tu esa kuch nahi karega! Humare bich esa kuch issues nahi hain.. Its our usual fight! Please don't be stupid!

Shravan was shocked at his little brother's audacity. He has never seen him like this. Exactly, Chote! Husband wife ka regular fights ki tarha hai..'

Pushkar smiled his sugary sweet smile and said, Well dekho, aap log already ek basha bolne lage, ek issue already solved! Jolly good!'

And last but not the least, Bhaiya ask Sumo about the box she has kept there in the corner and why she looks like a deer caught in a red light when I just mentioned it!

Saying so, he closed the door and locked it from outside!
