Hi friends I m back with another update .Here's the next part .
Part 18
Next morning Ishita was first to woke , she opened her eyes lazily and looked around to notice the surrounding, it take sometimes to her for realizing where she is ,the moment she realized the changes of her life ,she raised her head and found herself sleeping on his chest .She got up carefully ,not disturbing his sound sleep and dropped a soft kiss mouthing a good morning to him .She saw the time ,it was 5.30 in morning ,she went and freshened up . She was to have coffee but can't as she was in hospital, she called mihika and asked for same .Till mihika came Raman has also woke as it the nurse has come with his morning injection and medicine , to their surprise Raman let the nurse inject him without any fuss. Mihika arrived with hot coffee and steaming idli for ishra .When she reached she saw ishita was helping Raman in brushing ,after he was done she washed his face and cleaned him till his neck .
Mihika was standing in the door abd ardimiring them ,though Raman was not OK but his condition was much better than yesterday he was calm and was smiling .Ishita noticed mihika and called her ,she poured coffee abd passed to him then she served idli and started feeding him .Though Raman hated south Indian food but today this idli ,seems more tastier to him than butter chicken after having hospital food ,ishra were busy in themselves while mihika was busy in admiring them , she can see how contended and happy ishita is with him .she was still feeding him when ,him phone beeped, he picked the call ,it was from toshiji . She was so worried for ishra ,ishita took the phone and talked to her .
I- mummyji what happened .
T- sorry Ishita puttar ,we woke late today ,romi is just coming to hospital ,you people don't have anything till now its too late .
I- relax mummyji ,don't panic mihik has come ,we already had our coffee and breakfast .Aaplog aaraam se aao,we are OK .
T- thank you ishita puttar for doing so much for Raman and us.
I- mummyji you yourself told me to call ma and then saying this seems you had not accepted me her .mummyji Raman is my husband and you all are my family then why are you saying like this .
T- yes puttar ,but still I have to thank you because till yesterday we all had left the hope that my raman will ever be back to life but you did it in one day .Till yesterday non of us were able to sleep but today we all slept care freely as you were with him.
Ishitas eyes also become teary listening to toshiji ,she glanced at Raman who was reading newspaper ,a contended smile crept on her lips on his sight .After talking some more the she hung the call .Mihika went back and after a while all bhallas arrived at hospital ,they were talking to Raman when ishita received pathaks call,he told that he has to discuss some official case along with ruhi case .Ishita called him as next day was hearing of ruhis case .
Pathak arrived and ishita along with pathak informed Raman about shaguns evil step ,he got nervous listening to this .His eyes filled with tears ,but words were not escaping from his mouth . Ishita pressed his hand to support him and spoke " you don't worry Raman ,everything will be alright , now we together will fight against shagun ."
R- ishita she is my life ,I will die if she goes away from me .
I- and you are my life ,l will not let anything happen to you .you trust me na .
R- (holding her hand firmly)- more than myself .
I- then believe me I will make everything OK .
R- I do believe you.
Saying so almost hided himself in her she caressed his back to console him .Everybody was witnessing this and thanked matarani to send ishita in Raman's life .Pathak took Raman's signature where he needed and went from there .In after noon ruhi came along with romi from school ,all happily welcomed her.She played sometimes with Raman and ishita then toshiji told her to go home .Ruhi surprised everybody by announcing that she will live in hospital with ishra .
T- ruhi puttar tere papa to aaraam ki zaroorat hai ,tu ghar chal mere naal .
R- no dad I will live here with ishita and papa .
I- but why betu, see yahan to jagah bhi nahi hai .
Ru- no ishima I will live herd with you people ,you know why .
I- why .
Ru- because I want to spend all the time with you then you will live in my room nahi to you are spending all the time with papa ,he will get habituated with you .Aur phir ghar ja kar wo phir mujhse jhagda karenge ki aap unke room me rahogi .if I will be here he will not get much time with you ,don't tell this to papa its our secret .
Though she is telling this is secret but her pitch was quite loud audible to all ,everybody laughed listening to ruhi and looking to ramans state .But this time raman didn't fight with her instead he hugged her closed to himself and spoke " don't worry rooh we will live together with ishima in same room OK ."
She nodded happily while Ishita smiled fully noticing the most important two person of her life fighting for her .After spending some more time ,all went back home leaving ishra in hospital . The day was spend like that only .
Next day was hearing ,Romi brought ruhi to hospital ,where ishita and Raman both told ruhi about the case ,poor kid started crying listening that may be she has to live with shagun, she hugged Raman tight and spoke crying bitterly " papa please ,I want to live with you ,I will be a good girl I will not ask for anything even I will let ishima live in your room but don't send me away from you ".
Raman also started crying listening to her ,Ishita too can't stop herself ,she went to Raman and make both of them understand, she also told ruhi that she us going with her abd nothing will happen .After much attempt ISHITA anyhow calmed ruman and make them believe that they will win the case .In between she received pathaks call that the hearing has started .Ishita tored ruhi from raman and take her with herself assuring Raman that they will be back soon .
In court room .
Shaguns Lawyer showed Raman's medical report and stated that may be Raman will be a nice father but at this point of time he himself is dependent on other how will he be able to look after ruhi,so as he in not strong physically and financially ,ruhis custody should be given to her mother that is shagun .The judge was also convinced but was waiting for ruhi .Shagun lawey again told that ," mam you give your judgment it may be possible that Raman bhalla knowingly didn't let ruhi come ,as he very well know that he will loose the case ."
The judge didn't listened to him and waited for some more time but at last waiting for much time ,she was about to give her judgment when ishru entered the court room holding each other hands and ISHITA stopped the judge " just a moment madam ".
Everyone turned towards the direction , all looked at ishru with curious eyes . The judge asked her who is she .if she want to tell anything she should come to witness box and tell .Ishita went to witness box and introduced herself " mam I m ishita Raman bhalla ,wife of Mr Raman bhalla and step mother of ruhi bhalla ,I m here to fight her custody case on behalf of Mr bhalla ."
Shagun and ashok were shocked listening to her .Then ruhi was called to witness box ,she chosed ishra over shagun ,Ishita also showed her income proof stating that may not Raman but she can take good care of Ruhis need .Judge look all the evidences and listened to ruhi abd after considering everything along with ruhi plea she granted ruhis custody to Ishita .Ishru were too happy ,they hugged each other tightly and cried happily .Shagun came fuming to ishru and mocked Ishita " bahut khus ho rahi ho apni jeet par na ,tumhari jeet tumhe Mubarak but have you ever thought that how your life will be ."
I- I very well know how my life was ,and how my life is and how it will be .it will be filled with happiness and love .
S- that's a huge joke eeshita , happiness, how will you get happiness with a man who cannot walk or fulfill your wishes and desires. and about love you should forget it because Raman always loved me and will always love me only .and about ruhi what happiness will you get by loving others daughter ,she will always be mine and Ramans daughter .
Till now Ishita was listening to her fishing her palm to control her anger, when she stopped Ishita started speaking " ho gaya tumhara or something is left .aaj bol diya hai aaj me baad agar mere pati aur meri beti me khilaaf much bhi bola na to baat nahi karoongi maar daaloongi .Raman jaise bhi hai he is my husband and I love him a lot .may be he loved you but now he is my husband and I own him , unpe sirf mera haq hai ,and don't ever dare to call ruhi your daughter she is my daughter ,you know I got her custody and as Raman is my husband , she us mine and his daughter you don't have any right on her .and mind it don't ever try to harm any of them ."
After warning shagun with harsh words she went from court room picking ruhi in her arms while ruhi hided herself in her mother .
