Like the title says ... would ADHM's success / failure been different had there been no controversies it.

it would have been avg if no controversy..
adhm is specially for the young crowd..
so naturally it would have gt its crowd
the songs are awesome n breakup song is
rocking the party so adhm would never have flopped..

It's an entertaining film. Would have worked regardless. Oh, and if not for the controversy, the film would have been even better - last minute changes in the screenplay after the movie had been shot could have been averted - changing at least 5 characters from Pakistani to Indian. Imagine how it would have affected the flow.

So actually, ADHM would have been a bigger hit if not for the unfortunate controversy.

It would have been a bigger hit if there was no controversy, Im sure it lost out some audience who stayed back because of the whole Pakistani actor issue.

also they cut FK's role so continuity suffered a bit in the film.

Seriously, who thinks that a KJo film with great chartbuster music, Ranbir, Anu, Ash, SRK, Fawad would ever flop? Kuch bhi ...😆

India ka toh pata nahin, Worldwide its going to be superhit!
