Part 18

Zoya was now fully drunk so she was just lukn out of d window n enjoying d drive. Asad had earlier informed everyone on WhatsApp dat he found Zoya wen he saw her in d park.

"Put some music na. I am getn bored," said Zoya still enjoying d breeze while lukn outside.

"Sure," said Asad wid a smile realizing dat she is fully drunk now so she won't be wanting him to go away 4m her as true feelings out wen one in intoxicated.

He puts on d car FM but unfortunately only boring songs were cumn at dat time.

"Ur car FM is only playing boring songs. Wait, I will sing some good songs," ridiculed Zoya in her drunken tone.

"Go ahead, Zoya. Its been long since I heard u singing," said Asad wid a smile.

"Okay, I will start," said Zoya wid a smile.

She starts singing in her drunken tone which does not sound sweet like she usually sings.

Asad smiles hearing dis romantic song but then he realized he cud not take any more of her singing in her drunken tone.

"Zoya, if u anyone hears u singing then they will give u change(chhutta)," joked Asad.

Zoya stares at him n starts pulling his hairs. Asad stops d car.

"Zoya, wat r u doing?" asked Asad shockingly.

"How dare u insult my talent?" asked Zoya annoyingly still pulling his hairs, "Is my singing so bad dat u say like dis?"

Asad gets afraid due to her dis reaction.

"Owww Zoya, I am sorry. U sing very nice but right now u r drunk n so ur voice is cumn different. Plz, leave my hairs. Owww, its hurting," replied Asad in a scared tone.

"Fine, I will not sing cuz my voice is sounding so weird," said Zoya leaving his hairs.

Asad sighed in relief n started d car again.

"Do u want to hear any song?" asked Asad, "I will see if any good song is cumn."

"Let it be. I don't want to hear," replied Zoya, "But I am so hungry. I did not had anything after lunch. I want to eat sumthn."

"Okay, wat u will eat?" asked Asad.

"I will tell after thinking," replied Zoya.

"Fine," said Asad.

"Wat those bimbos Sexy Babes think of themselves? Just cuz they r rich they always put down others who r not rich. If I wish I can shut their mouths in a second by teln them I am more rich than them n who r my parents," said Zoya in her drunken tone.

"U always shut their mouths anyway if they mess wid u even widout using teln truth abt urself," said Asad honestly, "Dis is also d reason I got attracted to u."

Zoya luks at him softly on hearing wat he said. Then her attention went to a fast food shop n her mouth watered.

"Asad, I want cornetto n samosa. U also eat sumthn," said Zoya pointing to d shop.

"Okay, I will go n bring for us," said Asad.

"I also want to come," said Zoya.

"No, I don't want so many people to see u like dis," said Asad.

"Fine," said Zoya.

Asad gets down 4m d car n locks d door as she is drunk.

"Which flavour of cornetto u want?" asked Asad.

"Chocolate," replied Zoya.

Asad went to d shop n got 2 chocolate cornetto n samosas for them. Wen he came back n unlocked d car, Zoya snatched her share of cornetto n samosa eagerly smiling at them.

"Lets eat," said Zoya n he nodded.

They started eating.

"I can eat these ice-cream n samosa widout dat bitch who is unfortunately my mother stopping me 4m eating them," said Zoya wid a smile as she licked d cream of cornetto.

"U r calling ur mother a bitch," said Asad shockingly.

Zoya laughed aloud as she said, "Yes, I called my mother a bitch cuz she ruined my 2 years of life n if I wud not have left d house she wud have ruined my entire life. Not all mothers r like ur mother. There r many mothers who don't care abt their children's feelings."

Asad felt bad at wat she said. He can't believe dat such a nice girl like her can actually felt like calling her own mother as a bitch. She is right dat not all mothers like his mother.

"Zoya, don't spoil ur mood n enjoy eating," said Asad wid a smile to change d topic.

"Yaa right, I sud not spoil my mood," said Zoya wid a smile.

As she was drunk, she was eating in a messy way getn her fingers smeared wid chocolate n chutney which was given wid samosa. D sides of her lips had traces of chocolate n chutney. Asad was shocked wid d way she was eating messily but realized dat she was drunk.

"It was so yummy ummm," said Zoya as she finished her samosa n cornetto.

Asad who had already finished n waiting for her to finish tuk out a tissue 4m d car tissue box. He smiled seeing her lips messed wid chocolate n chutney n wiped d sides of her lips. She felt a weird sensation as his fingers touched her lips a couple of times. He then told her to come out of her car to wash their hands at d side of d road. They got down 4m d car n washed their hands n mouths 4m his water bottle before going back in d car.

"Do u want to have anything else?" asked Asad politely.

"No, I am full," replied Zoya touching her bare belly.

"Okay, lets go home," said Asad n started d car.

D ride went in silence for some minutes wen Zoya broke d silence.

"I wish u came in my life earlier then I wud not had Murtaza in my life," said Zoya.

Asad was puzzled at wat she said.

"Why to think abt Murtaza now?" asked Asad.

"Yaa, I sud not think abt dat bas***d but I really can't help thinking dat how nice it wud have been if instead of Murtaza I dated u," replied Zoya.

"See, we can't change d past. But if given a chance, I will make u so much happy dat u will not get memories of Murtaza which will only hurt u," said Asad honestly.

"U already brought happiness in my life. Dats d reason, I fell for u. Even though u got on my nerves many times, u never did anything to hurt me. Being 4m such a rich family, u never put anyone down who were not of ur status. U r such a great friend to me n all our friends. I once told dat u care a lot for ur friends n have good sense of humour wid ur hilarious jokes n comments. But still u never made any comment on me which was insensitive n vulgar. I also told u dat I am very sure dat whichever girl will fall in love wid u will fall for ur caring nature n ur way of making others laugh apart 4m ur good looks. I can't believe I myself became dat girl who fell in love wid u," said Zoya wid a smile.

Asad smiled at wat she said.

"I never thought I cud fell for a girl who was so arrogant n rude to me most of d times. U always judged me for being rich but still I don't know why I got attracted to u. I think I never found u as a bad person but only judgemental," said Asad.

"I know I was mean to u & ur rich friends initially but later I realized dat u all r not bad. Even I had some rich friends in Mumbai who were good," said Zoya.

"We never thought dat u wud actually be 4m a rich family," said Asad.

"Cuz dats how I acted for long so dat no one doubts me but eventually u all caught me. I did all dis to survive on my own widout anyone knowing abt me. Now all my friends hate me. Humeira even made me change my room as she don't want to live wid me," said Zoya.

"Not anymore, Zoya. We realized how wrong we were to not give u chance to explain. We don't hate u. We want to be friends wid u like earlier," said Asad.

Just then, Zoya felt sleepy.

"I am feeling so sleepy," said Zoya as she blinked her eyes.

"Cuz u r passing out now," said Asad.

"I love u, Asad," said Zoya in a sleepy tone as she lukd at him before passing out.

He lukd at her sleeping form n said, "I love u too, Zoya."

Asad stopped d car n informed Preeti dat he is takn Zoya to her home as she is drunk n he can't let her employers see her in dis state. Preeti thanked him n told him to take care of her which he agreed. He then started d car again n reached home after some time. He parked his car in d parking n came out of his car. He opened Zoya's car door n lifted her in his arm. He carried her to d front door of his house n rang d bell. A maid opened d door.

"Dilshad mam, Asad sir has come," said d maid.

Dilshad, Rashid n Najma came out. They were shocked to see Asad carrying an unconscious Zoya in his arms. Asad came inside d room n told d maid to bring her n his bags 4m d car.

"Asad, wats happened to Zoya?" asked Dilshad worriedly.

"Mom, she is drunk," replied Asad shocking others.

"But she don't drink na," said Rashid.

"I will explain later. 1st I need to take her to d guestroom," said Asad.

"Okay," said Dilshad.

Asad started takn Zoya to d guestroom while d trio lukd on worriedly.

"Don't know how she will react on finding herself here next morning," said Najma worriedly.

Asad tuk Zoya to d guestroom n placed her gently on d bed. He removed her sandals n covered her wid d blanket. He lukd at her face softly n smiled. She lukd like an angel while sleeping. He tucked her lock off her eyes behind her ear n kissed her forehead.

"I need to explain my family everything abt 2day evening," said Asad.

He gave a last look at Zoya before leaving d room.

Precap: #Zoya opens her eyes n is shocked to find herself in Asad's house. She sees her personal diary in her room wid a note 4m Asad where he apologizes for reading it as he cud not stop himself. He is angry on knowing dis n misunderstands him. During breakfast, she acts normally wid Asad n his family n apologizing for getn drunk.

#Asad n other friends talk to her but she avoids them. Asad tries to talk to her alone near d stairs.

"Zoya, plz talk to me. I am sorry," said Asad.

"No need to show sympathy on me. I know u & others r wanting to be friends wid me as u read abt me in d diary which accidentally got exchanged yesterday wid ur book. Otherwise, u all wud not have even bothered to talk wid me let alone wanting to bcum my friends again. U r showing sympathy on me by wanting to be my boyfriend after rejecting my love dat day just cuz u fell pity on a girl wid broken past like me," said Zoya rudely.

"Enough," shouted Asad not able to take her accusations anymore, "How can u accuse me so easily of showing sympathy on u & want to be ur boyfriend only after reading ur diary? U easily said dat I & others r having sympathy on u. Its not true. U r thinking us wrong. If it was someone else in place of us, they wud have told ur truth to d Principal n got u thrown out of d college d day they wud have come to know ur truth. If it had been someone else in place of me who read ur diary then till now ur diary wud have been circulated in d entire class before it reaching d Prinicipal. If it had been another guy who found u drunk in d park instead of me then there was no guarantee dat u wud have been safe. I know I hurt u & did not gave u chance to explain but I am really sorry for it now. I am tired of being judged by u widout any fault of mine. I can't take ur accusations like dis."

Asa walked away hurtfully while Zoya lukd on shocked wid his outburst.

A/N: I have not whitewashed Zoya's character justifying her bad habits of drinking, smoking and having anti-depressant pills by showing her bad past as she is not right in having these bad habits. Though Zoya is a very nice girl, her judging Asad in the precap and accusing him is not justified. Though Asad loves her a lot but anyone in his place will lost his cool after what Zoya said. Zoya needs a reality check which will make her stop accusing her friends of showing sympathy on her.
