Part 65
Sahir, Samar & Naiya, Raghav, Meera, Shravan, Vidya, Dharam & Durga are excited to watch the first league match in which India will be playing aganst Bermuda. Sona & Nayya too want to watch the match.
Paridhi: Sona, Naiya come here.
Both of them come to her
Sona: Yes Sasuma.
Paridhi: I've a surprise for all of you. Our children will be playing the match against Australia. I'm booked the flight tickets so we can see them directly at the stadium. So I want you all to prepare the food for the journey.
Naiya: But when we enter the flight, food will be provided.
Paridhi: They will but the flight is at 8:30 pm. We will reach there within 24 hours. If we feel hungry in between, we can have something.
Kokila comes in. She said, "Even Ahem, Gopi & Jigar are planning to go there & you know what is happening in the office. Somebody has to be there to take care. Swayam is having an eye on our company. If everyone goes, who will take care?"
Chirag: Parag & myself will go there.
Kokila is surprised to hear about Parag going to Modi Group of Companies. This is the first time.
Kokila: This is the first time you are doing something sensible. If you help your brother at least now, whatever we get will come handy for us.
Chirag: Don't worry about that. Parag is free to write poems & sell it in the market. We have a department even for that. So he will be taking care from now on.
Kokila is happy.
GoHem
Gopi: Rishi is playing cricket & he is in Sydney now. Sujal is in Barcelona. I hope they don't clash.
Ahem: That is true. Sujal has completed hs first league & we saw that match in out office in our LCD but this will be the first time we are going to the stadium.
He gives her the cricket & basketball schedules. Gopi sees that & said, "Thank god, their matches are not clashing. India's basket-ball match is after 5 days. We may have to go to the main branch in case of emergency."
Ahem: We are caught up between the two. But I've faith in our kaka that he will manage well even at this age. One more good thing is dad has also joined.
Gopi: I will be at home today & help Sona & Naiya. Our flight is at 8:30 p.m
Ahem: Fine, I will just go there & see if everything is in control. I will join you in the afternoon.
The ladies prepared the snacks & start packing up the clothes. Ahem comes back.
Suryavanshi House
Raghav & Meera are also excited to see Manthan playing the match. They too had booked the tickets. shravan, Vidya, Adi, Rashi & Varsha too join them.
Everyone meets at the airport. Meera & Vidya hugs them saying, "Mom, Dad."
All are waiting for the announcement.
Samar, Sahir, Pappu, Sona, Naiya and Sanchi have a friendly fight.
Samar and Pappu: India will lose.
Sahir: Gautam, Rishi and Manthan are there. So India won't lose and they are playing against Netherlands.
Naiya: India ka koi bharosa nahin. Yeh teeno kitne karenge? Others are hopeless.
Sona:Arey shub shub bol. Naiya are you jealous of us?
Sahir: You both are jealous of us.
Paridhi comes: Why are you people fighting life kids?
Sahir: They are discouraging our boys. They are saying India will lose.
Paridhi: They are not wrong in saying that. India is unpredictable. Gautam, Rishi and Manthan are not Gods.
Sona: India will win the world cup.
Paridhi: Even I wish the same. If they win, I will give you an expensive diamond necklace. If they lose, you have to buy one for me
Sahir and Sona: Done.
Jigar: Our team will only win. I have faith in my boys.
Swayam has been attending the practice sessions but he is sidelined. He is the next after Rishi, Gautam and Manthan. He takes the permission from the court and comes to Sydney.
The Modis and Suryavanshis get into the flight and reaches the place to cheer for their children.
Rashi, Gautam & Manthan receive their parents & grand parents & hugs them.
After they take leave, Rishi calls his team-mates & said, "We have only 6 strong batsmen. So it is important for us to stick on to the crease. So you guys need to be focussed. I give one advice to all that don't look at the bowler. Look at the ball. I am giving this tip to the tailenders as well."
Swayam: I know that you are surprised to see me here. You must be wondering how I came here despite the case on me. The court gave me the approval. Whatever conflicts we have outside, it will not affect our country.
Rishi: That is what I expect from you. I request you to come to our place & sort out whatever differences we have after the end of this tournament.
Swayam: Fine.
All others go to the hotel room. All the couples freshen up & take out their tiffin.
GoHem
Gopi: I guess you have played this game when you were studying in US.
Ahem: I was a national player. Mom had sent me for further studies. So we had formed the team & played. But it is nice to see our children playing at this level. I was also selected for International level but I didn't play as mom wanted me to take over the family business as dad was not taking the responsibility.
Gopi: You could have balanced between the two.
Ahem: Yes, I could have but mom had got me married & that had upset everything. Anita used to cheer for me when I was playing. I never knew her reality.
Gopi: If you have practice, you can also start coaching the youngsters.
Ahem: I do coach our college boys & girls. You too are teaching the boys & girls to sing. whatever might be our taste, our aim is to see our students as all-rounders.
Gopi smiles: Yes, that is true.
After having their dinner, Ahem gets mischievious with Gopi.
Gopi: Don't you find it strange doing these things at this age? We have become grand parents.
Ahem: There is no age for expressing our feelings baby. We should show the world that our love is young though we are old.
Gopi blushes. Both have their moments.
PaJi
Jigar & Paridhi too feed each other.
Paridhi: Do you really think India will win? Australia is a very strong team. One more thing is I saw Swayam in the ground too. He can stoop to any level & go to the extent of making us lose. I don't trust him even a bit.
Jigar: I don't think he will do that to his country though he is our enemy. But yes, he might play for himself. However, I have confidence in Rishi that he will manage.
Paridhi: I guess you've played with Ahem.
Jigar: Yes, I did. Ahem & myself wanted to play in the International level but Baa was not keeping well. We had to take over the family business. But we coach the youngsters.
Jigar & Paridhi hug each other
Sohir
Sahir: Nice to see Gautam coming to this level.
Sona: I believe that our trio will definitely make it.
Sahir: Sujal & Rishi are actually our brothers but they consider us as uncles because of huge age difference but I'm fine with it.
Sahir & Sona too feed each other. Later, he gets mischievous with her.
Sona gets shy.
Sahir: There is no age limit to love.
Both of them hug each other.
SaYa
Samar & Naiya have their dinner.
Samar: Shall we go for the night show.
Naiya: Sure
When they are going downstairs, Samar sees the snooker table & gets the mood to play. He teaches Naiya to play snooker in the process.
MeGhav
Raghav is about to order for room service but
Meera: Not today. I have made something special for you.
Raghav: Fine, lets have whatever you've prepared.
Raghav sees the dhokla. He said, "Now I understand why you don't want me to order today."
Both of them feed dhoklas to each other.
Meera suddenly sees the lizard & screams.
Raghav throws out the lizard & calls to the receptionist blasting her about the service.
Receptionist apologizes to Raghav sends the ward boys upstairs. Both wait outside. Meera sees one more lizard & hugs Raghav.
Both enter the room after it is cleaned.
Raghav: In a way it is good as the lizard has at least made you to hug me.
Meera: I have always hugged you. Tum kabhi nahin sudhroge.
Both of them laugh & hug each other.
Joydeep & Bhumi too come to australia for their honeymoon & see the trio playing their match.
Charu, Teesha & Mehek, record their voices in their cell phones & give it to them. They hear their voices & smile.
Next day is the match. Everyone comes to the staduim.
Toss begins. India wins the toss & choses to bat.
The coach sends Gautam & Manthan to bat.
