First of all I want to shout Aaahhh... Tushar is back. Though just for 1 min. 😒 But still it was awesome to see him dancing. THIS IS CALLED DANCING. He was fantastic. Every step was 👏 👍🏼 👏

Today's episode was better. Liked Manish, the contestants, Ranbir Kapoor and the judges were ok too.

It was actually funny how Manish said to Sid to push Aishwarya so that Salman falls off. 🤣 Love the way he teases him about the shirtless acts and how he wants to replace the judges. 😆

Manish and Ranbir's dance was funny. Farah and Karan were 🤢

Loved to see Shantanu doing something different. He portrayed the emotions very well. 👏 But I think the first part was okayish. The 2nd half was good. The end was really good. I think 27 was correct.

Sid actually danced unlike last week. He was awesome. Some steps were really amazing. Concept was nice too. But just like I criticize Shantanu who is actually one of the best dancers of JDJ, I want to do the same with Sid who is my favorite. Loved the performance but I think he deserved a 28 or 29.

Nora is usually a good dancer but today she wasn't that good even though the concept and choreography was very good. 😕 I didn't get that wooow feeling when you should actually get it with such a beautiful act. I forgot how much she got. 🤓 25 from me.

Swasti and her partner were cute off the act. The performance was really not enjoyable. 😕 She deserved 22.

Teriya was actually good. Too bad she did some mistakes and at the beginning she didn't look like a robot. The act had no story too. Still I think she didn't deserve so less. Maybe a 23 more than a 21. 😕

I think the one who deserved to go is Salman not Teriya. 🤣 🤣 He kept disappointing us the entire season. 🤣 Even this week he got 28 by the meherbani of the judges and channel otherwise it wasn't even worthy of 25 points. 😆

That's it for today.

Finally MDS updates us with a review .. sheesh. 😆
My breakdown starting with Ranbhir's fan .. Swasti!

Swasti annoyed me beyond my limits. I don't care much for the kid dancers (minus Sid, Teriya, and Spandan - Spandan really because she's adorable and funny), and the focus on Swasti and her pre and post stuff was annoying and should have been eliminated. We get she's a huge huge fan of Ranbhir, but it was all a bit over the top.

Which brings me to those weird fans in the audience. Polygamy? The lady with the family was willing to get married to Ranbhir and have a kid? And some poor little kid who was brave enough to say that Ranbhir wasn't her new papa, was roped into the "Marrying Ranbhir" party. I get Manish's part was all a joke, not sure about the audience, but still left a weird taste. Mini rant over. 😆

Moving on to Teriya. Her performance wasn't bad in terms of dancing - she's definitely skilled - but they missed out on the theme entirely and didn't create the story. I think Manish said something about loving the earth or something, but that was missed out completely. Teriya lacked facial expressions as well, from what I saw, but she still performed well. Her mistakes in the end were mistakes, but 21 ... seriously? One point for the lack of story, one point for the lack of a proper finish?

I got distracted with Nora. But I let it play. I skipped Swasti's performance.

Shantanu was superb like usual and his dances are always a treat. Like MDS says, he's definitely one of, if not the, best dancer on Jhalak. There's a particular grace that he brings that no other performer has brought to the stage yet. I think 27-28 (Jacqueline would be giving the 10 of course) would be well deserving.

Sid Nigam ... what I love about him is how humble he is. It's a treat just to see him bowing or folding his hands. I think he bowed down / folded his hands like 15 times during the entire show. Whenever his name was mentioned, hands automatically go up. When he leaves the stage, he bows to the audience. He actually falls to his knee and bows to the stage or whoever. He's only 16 and shows this much humility, special props to Siddharth. He's an inspiration to all of us.

Moving on to his performance - I don't think he deserved a 30, definitely a 29 though. There were noticeable mistakes in his performance where he wasn't caught up to Vaishnavi, for example sometimes Vaishnavi's moves were a little faster than Sid's (or Sid was slower than Vaishnavi, it's one and the same). However, what Sid nailed us on was the performance itself. He and Vaishnavi (and Vivek) brought the music, the words, the meaning to life within his dance and as a dancer, I think that's one of the key things. Shantanu brought bits and pieces of the song to life, but Sid and Vaishnavi really carried it throughout, emphasized with it, played with it, and that's why I feel Sid deserves the more points he received. It was a fantastic concept and very unique. Everyone else was focusing on the dils between lovers, Vivek / Sid / Vaishnavi changed the entire meaning. I will admit though, I wanted to see Sid and Vaishnavi do something super romantic, but not disappointed in the slightest. Sid has really come a long way since last year's appearance, and so has Vaishnavi.

In the end, both Sid and Shaan did a superb job and hey, this time it was Sid; I have no doubt that Shaan will also become the Jhalak of the Week person thingamabob. Rooting for those two to battle it out in the end. Though if that happens, I'll be Team Sid all the way. 😃 Right now, it's Team SidSha 😆😆

I don't know who Tushar is, but his performance in the beginning .. daayyyuumm... 👏👏👏

Why are people comparing Sid and Shan ?
They have their independent growth and can't be compared.:)

Shantanu - he is always great. His dance moves were clean and he did a fantastic job. His expressions at the end were fantastic. Aww my lover boy is back. He should have got 28-29 come on if salman gets a 28 without dancing why not shan.
Sid- the concept was amazing. His performance was great. Sid is awesome and he's too humble. But for me it was not a 30 performance, a 28-29 maybe.
Teriya- the concept didn't click. She is a good dancer. But there was a few flaws and the last rope thing it was very obvious. 2 23-24 performance.
Nora- Nora is a great dancer. I expected a lot more from her. Her performance was okayish. Happy with the 25.
Swasti- I didn't watch it. So no comments

I agree with most of your points. Already commented on the other thread!

Tushar. I was smiling so hard. I miss him. A lot. I get that he's a bigger name now, but it's still so good seeing him dance on this stage. So many good memories and performances. I wish we could have him with a really good contestant next season. I'd probably watch for him alone then, seriously.

I don't even know Sid, heard his name here and there, but he was fantastic. As I said, I wouldn't even mind seeing him win the trophy if it weren't for Shan's hardwork over all these weeks. But then, talent is talent, whether it's there from the beginning or comes as a wildcard. Raghav is probably one of my favorite all time dancing contestants and he was a wildcard.

I felt Sid was marginally better as well. There were a few glitches, but I don't think a judge gives a 10 because a performance is flawless. I think it's more because like Karan put it aptly, sometimes a performance happens and something strikes a chord. Like Shan's 'flute' performance for example. It isn't that there aren't mistakes, it's just that the 1-2 inconsistencies can be looked over. Also, I felt Vaishnavi made mistakes, so Sid shouldn't have to be brought down 'cause of that.

P.S. - I LOVED Manish. I haven't watched last episode, but I felt that finally I got to see the Manish I loved back in this one. He's quirky, funny and he looks interested in the show again. I think when he was talking to Salman or Karishma, someone in the BG (probably Farah) said something like 'he's really good' - as in with the impromptus. I agree. He made me remember why he used to be my favorite host at one point in time. :)

The theme for today's episode acts was awesome i.e. dil.Siddharth brilliantly portrayed the lovely relationship between him and his mother that how much he loves her and cannot survive without her like a body without the soul🤗
Some of his moves were amazing like he did the side walk and he lifted vaishnavi on one of his shoulders.⭐️I too felt he desrvd 29 point.that one extra point he got for his emotional connect with the audience and the judges. He couldn't actually believe at first that he got full marks from Farah khan and was overjoyed.Manish was really funny when he was suggesting sid to push salman's choreo partner so that he falls 😆
Love u Siddharth nigam.
keep up the good work.👍🏼❤️

What ? 🤔 I make review topics every week in this forum. 😆 You never saw ? 😲

Even I didn't like those people fangirling over Ranbir. They didn't even spare the little kid. 😆
Swasti is a drama queen. Every week there is something new. If only she could perform as well as how she does drama. The judges actually enjoy her type of performances. 😕

This is the reason Terya is back and she is one of the finalist. 😆Judges and our POVs never match. Even Shakti didn't deserve so less. Maybe 25 for all the mistakes and doing something that was done many times. He was actually good.

Farah gave a 6 to Shantanu. 🤣 Poor guy was like 😳

Sid is nice and kind. As a Gymnast I guess he automatically bows to greet and thank. 😃 Definitely 30 was a little too much but I won't complain. 😆

I love both Sid and Shan. Both are equally good. But yes I will be supporting Sid without trying to be biased. 😆 Go Sid. 🥳

You don't know who Tushar is ? He is one of the best choreographer of JDJ. People used to love him a lot when he was in JDJ.
