Avni's innocent elation in yesterday's episode was touching. She is almost deliriously happy at having her father back in her life. She believes she will finally get to experience the joy of living with both her parents, going on small outings with them, and having a normal family at last.
Such moments are a part of everyone's life. Moments when everything seems to be falling into place, and a hope arises that happiness has come within reach at long last. And then in one crippling instant, you realise you were living in a fool's paradise. And the ray of hope that had fleetingly brightened your life makes the subsequent darkness so much more harder to bear.
Avni's current happiness is painful to watch for the same reason... because it's not going to last. Ashish will not be able to withstand his mother's pressure or counter her tactics. Dayavanti is extremely sharp and manipulative, and she will find a way to bring him back. Ashish doesn't have the strength or cunning to outmaneuver her. And when he ultimately surrenders and goes back to live under her reign of terror, Avni's heart will break again. Irreparably this time..
I cannot conclude this post without expressing my appreciation for Arsheen. The child's talent is staggering. Naamkaran is lucky to have her.
