Reason of Rishi proposing is Tanuja

Well I feel that while in the hospital Rishi feels that again Tanuja has come between is death like Tanu and wants to save Tanuja from any bad happening to her because of himself . So he thinks to avoid Tanuja the best thing is to get marry to somebody else so just to save her he proposes Malaika.
