The leads are Obros and their partners. So they are definitely out of the race. The secondary characters like Pinky, Jhanvi, Tej, dadi and Prinku are well crafted for any of them to be a murderer. This is not crime patrol or a finite series to have a character that is like Pinky or Jhanvi or Tej for that matter to be removed on a show for a sub plot.
Now that leaves possible characters that can be removed
1. Shakti:
In the first episode, dadi says he does a lot of puja but it looks like a dikhawa i.e fake to them. Shakti and Tek speak of secrets and mistakes. Now there is no love between Shakti and Pinky as Shivaay says its an adjustment marriage. There is care and concern but not husband wife wala love. Secondly Shakti is a least used character in the family. So there is a possibility that its Shakti
The is an equal possibility that it might not be him. Because he has a secret that both he and Tej share. This has potential for major future tracks. So for one sub plot, to accuse Shakti and throw him out of the show seems a little pointless
2. Swetlana:
She is responsible for security. An insider without being an insider because she is obsessed with Tej who does trust her even though he is no longer with her. Swetlana had given the chip to Gayari and der is a possibility dat gayatri blackmailed her. Mainly, the actress playing Swetlana has got another show and if she has given her notice to quit, it will mean the closure to her character without questions like iska kya hua..
3. Tia
Tia had been shady in that incident that happened It was shown that Tia has an ulterior motive behind marrying Shivaay. It could be something else too and not just money. But the reason I'm pretty positive that its Tia is that ShiTia has gone far too long and after Shivaay's realization, Tia track will provide certain spice for a while but only because of his obsession with linage and blood. If Tia is proved to be murderer with her khaandani blood, it will erase Shivaays belief in the khoon khandaan importance. Because where Tia with blue blood betrayed, Annika saved. That will lead to him deciding a future with Anika
In the mean while, my fav character at the moment, ACP Randhawa 🤣 and Prinku track might move ahead during the proceedings of the case. When Shivaay will get over his prejudice, he will himself contact Dev and try to fix Prinku up with him. Prinku as usual will say yes while there becomes a tashan between Randhava and Prinku. (In the first episode Dadi and Prinku's convo that she will find someone who will fill all the weaknesses that she has) He seems to be Prinkus takkar wala pyaar..
