Nope. I'm pretty sure that in the Making they mentioned that the sets were in a studio.

It does happen! Speaking from experience(now nostalgic with my internship memories)! It's not as rosy as they show in the serial - it's very busy; you don't become friends with patients as in the serial, as there is not enough time - but the personal tracks, definitely yes, sometimes even more interesting...

The hospital they show is a set - during the original sanjeevani, there was an article about the set.
