Arey a person is going on his way, doing his thing.. if that disturbs or annoys someone else, tou he does not care.. Basically implying he does not care if others have an issue with his attitude😆

If you look at the lines in context of the whole song...aisa lagta hai ki song writer ko pressure aa gaya...and he had to finish the song...these are the last 2 lines ...and they dont jell
