After watching yesterday's episode, I may be the rare few in this world who would agree to what Shivaay did was right and that Shivaay and Tej were both right.

Before anyone pounces at me, just think about this situation. For the betterment of your family and your family member's future, you have already decided on what needs to be done and suddenly an outsider arrives and tells you that what you have done is wrong. Starts enforcing his/her rules and claims how what she has in mind is right. Who would not be angry? Hello, this is my house, my family problem and my decision how I am going to solve it? How is it any business of the guest/outsider to tell me that I am wrong and they are right? Who are they? How are they related to the family. Suggestion is different from imposing an idea. As a guest and an outsider, you have rights to suggest an idea to solve the problem, but no guest and outsider have the right to impose an idea on the family members.

Don't we all feel this same way when our relatives or friends interfere in our family matters? And don't we all react the same way as Shivaay and Tej. In this case, how are Tej and Shivaay wrong when they reacted just like you and me when such a situation arrived.

Coming to Dev, in a matter of hours both Priyanka and Anika understood he is a good guy? Even after living with a person for a few years, we do not understand our family members or friends. And how could they know him so well? What if Dev was a terrorist or murderer and when they called him into OM, he found a perfect way to harm the Oberoi family members. Will Anika and Priyanka ever forgive themselves if something bad happened to anyone in OM?

Priyanka said she loves Shivaay a lot but went against his wishes to call Dev to her house. If she really liked him, she should have informed Shivaay how his decision has upset her and that she really likes Dev. Shivaay would have at least known his sister's feelings and would have done something for the marriage to happen in the least. Going behind Shivaay's back and calling Dev in was sheer betrayal and disappointing. I felt even more sad for Shivaay when there he was busy thinking of what to prepare for Priyanka to see her smile.

This is not a bashing post of any character. I am just supporting Shivaay and Tej's point of view and actions and very highly disappointed with Priyanka. Do share your views. But no bashing please!

Jay. I agree with you post. Anika as an outsider didn't have any right to interfere in their family matter. Though I don't agree with Tej saying all those words. Wasn't he the one that said Anika.. You are a part of our family..

Ab kaha gaya uska vo words ?? I agree with Shivaay's POV. But what I am angry about is that he spoke about her bloodline and insulted her. That's where I lost it. He had no right whatsoever to comment on her and her bloodline.

If she doesn't have permission to interfere in his family matter, then he doesn't have the right to comment on her either..

What you are saying is true and a bitter truth. No matter how much we preach, if an outsider interferes in our family affairs , we tend to get irritated.
But in normal families, we also wont take help from an outsider for clearing our family name from murder charges or call her family.
The truth is they took her help at multiple times to clear the family name and were indebted to her for atleast saving Rudra's life at one point.(The other two incidents could be justified as mere accidents.) Acknowledged that Anika was Prinku's bestfriend and kept telling her that she was family and gave her a lot of freedom around the house. She was at every festival and personal family events and literally lived in the house.
Shivaay even stopped his wedding midway just because she says she can prove the innocence of her uncle and Dad.I mean who does that?? Some random outsider comes and says I can help you , so you just get up from the mandap and walk off in the middle of the ceremony? Remember that anika was not some private detective or lawyer or anything like to help them out!!
And even after this , I am not saying that what (they thought) Anika did was right but insulting her and indirectly calling her a rootless orphan who they had , out of their good manners , 'allowed' to interact with them and firing her after so much verbal abuse , was not right. It was demeaning and cruel.

Yes. What Shivaay did was right at some levels but how he did it was wrong on every level.

priyanka is not at fault either, she was never grown up as a confident kid, everyone protected her and spoiled her with gifts but none care about her stammering nor she was ever told to be confident while you speak and how to face hard situations in life.

Shivay was Wright in some extent. But he has no right to condemn someone because of his birth and bloodline as no one choose that on his own. Also the way he behave with ANIKA is uncivilized. Just imagine someone behaving that way with any girl employee in real life, anyone will feel disgusted. Just because this is fiction and all we see hero manhandled heroine and go GA GA over it. In real life such men need tight slap and should be Condemned

He wasn't entirely wrong in this situation. It's just that his method was extremely wrong. If he was unhappy with her behavior he should have just fired her no need to insult her like that, but I guess we're supposed to see how hurt he was at her actions. He expected more from her and she betrayed him.
