NOTE : I actually started off this to be a two shot (TS). But I somehow end up writing more . So now I renamed it into RUMYA SS. I hope you all like this . From the start I always had a special interest in Rudra and Soumya's relationship . Maybe coz even I am plump like Soumya. So I started this story long back , even before Rudra calling her cute and all.

Part 4

Only I can help Sumo , if not Romi. Who is that Shaurya to drop her home ??? I should warn her about him and ask her to stay away from him. And Sumo , if she goes away in 4 days , with whom will I talk about Romi ? Whom will I fight with?? I thought she was going to stay here till the end of this year . That day, daadi told the same right ? then why achanak she is leaving ?

{Rudra started moving towards his room (which is Sumo's room now) in an urgency }

"Sumo !!! Sumoo !!!!"

"Why are you shouting like a mad person Rudra ?? ghar hain ye , koi fish market nahin".

"Sumo , daadi told us you will stay here for 1 year . Then why are you leaving like this in the middle of semester itself ?"

"Kyun Rudra ? You anyways don't like me here right , so why do you care ? Moreover, you can get your room back and keep it as untidy as possible like before. And you need not have to bear me anymore, you need not have to get glimpses of this Sumo !!!"

"Haan tum Sumo ho, mujh par humesha ek aafat ban kar rahogi tum . But who will help me with Romi now if you go away ??? As such you don't help me , kam se kam I could try to get close to her through you coz you both are good friends. Aur waise bhi Sumo , you should stay away from that Shaurya okay ? He is not a good guy ."

"Aur main jo keh rahi thi Romi ki bare mein , that you should stay away from her, uska kya ?? Usske asliyat ki bare mein tum nahin jaanta . She is not who you think she is .

{Rudra , being Mr.Duffer Oberoi , gives a confused look to her}

All I am saying is she is not right for you Rudra . Please meri baat suno"

"But you stay away from shaurya"

"First you stay away from romi"

"Shaurya"

"Romi"

.

.

{This goes on for a while, and then suddenly Rudra gets quiet. Even Soumya gets back to what she was doing before Rudra had barged in , she starts removing her bangles and accessories as she came back college}

"Woh Sumo, I mean Soumya , I am sorry I shouted at you about being just a guest and all. I don't mean even a single letter of what I said down there. Actually, when I see shaurya I don't know mujhe kya hojata hain , I get very furious"

"Lekin problem kya hain?"

"Long story Sumo. We were very good friends in childhood. They used to stay here next to Oberoi mansion . He is a single child for his parents , so whenever he used to see Shivaay bhaiyya, O and me together having fun he used to get jealous. One fine day while we were in class 9 he tried to create misunderstanding between all three of us . We three fought like a 3^rd world war that day , later we realized whose mistake it was . And since Shaurya was my friend I went and blasted him . He blurted out everything what all he did to break us , so that he can have me all for himself. That's when I realized he had been stabbing me from back since a very long time. When I confronted him, he said some serious and sensitive things about my family , mom and choti maa , daadi, Shivaay and O. Later I even got to know he had a crush on our Prinku . He even tried to separate us through her as well. That's it, I made such a big issue that we both fought like hell. During that fight I got hit on my forehead by a stone which he threw . Shivaay bhaiyya lost it then , and made sure they left that house within no time. Since then , I hate him . He however, tries to be over sweet to me".

"Ohhh !!! You know, according to a survey conducted on human relationships, under the friendship category , 60% of boys who fought severely with their good friend in childhood tend to grow up into a very different person and 75% of them patched up in their adult lives. You can even see that in the movie 'Student of the year' . So rudra, why don't you give one more chance to Shaurya ?? As far as I know he is not that bad after all. We are all humans, we all tend to make mistakes, and that too those done in childhood should not be taken into great deal . Maaf karo usse aur tum dono ko ek aur chance dekar dekho".

"Woh sab chodo Sumo . Pehle tum mujhe ye batao tum jaa kyun rahe ho? Ab to O bhi tera bhai ban gaya hain na , matlab asli vaali protective types and all. You know, woh tumhare liye mujhse jagadthe hain. Hum sab hain na tumhare liye , toh tum kyun jaa rahen ho ?"

"Nahin Rudra I can't be a burden to you all anymore. I was waiting for the hostel to get one vacancy actually. They said , I can get a room only after the present final year seniors leave. There is no vacancy now . Not even one bed. So naturally I have to wait for this whole year to finish . But suddenly one senior didi got married and she vacated out from hostel to live with her husband . And hence I got a bed in triple room . So I have to go Rudra . By the way I never knew I was going to be missed by Mr.Duffer Oberoi or should I say , cry baby' ? Hahahaha. Okay Rudra , bye . I have to start packing my things . and after 4 days ye room tumhe wapas mil jaa yega".

"You know what ?? tumse bat karna iss bare mein is a waste now. Tum pack karlo, lekin dekhna I will make you unpack all that again back into this house soon. But right now I have to speak to daadi first . So yeah , bye..enjoy your packing . Aur jab jaldi hi unpack karna padega na , you will realize even such activities help you burn calories- packing and unpacking evrything"

"RUDRA !!! Phir se about my calories . Tumhara problem kya hain actually ? Kya mein tume apni bhoj uthane ko kehthi hoon ?? no right . So then what's your problem . Tumse baat karna hi bekaar hain . I think we both are going to be very peaceful once I am out of your sight"

{Rudra suddenly became sad at her mentioning about leaving. He spoke about calories on purpose to bring his sumo back into her fierce mode, coz if his plan does'nt work to bring her back, these are the few days he gets with her }

Next part will be Soumya's POV and what exactly is rudra aka Mr.Duffer Singh Oberoi plan.
