Is this for real....

Have been watching the show more than once only due to it multidimensional approach...

Wonder if any man of Dev's stature, i.e. super successful, intelligent, businessman will be treated like BS by his family... that too when entire family is dependent on his earnings... shouldn't they be aware of this and RESPECT the one who make their life what it is...

We are relating to this situation and claiming (even myself) that it is realistic and how many of us have suffered similarly but in many cases our husbands' don't enjoy the same stature as Dev (there are always some reasons to end up in joint family and more often financial so the DIL decided to adjust)...

In reality many men do not have that liberty to call shots... and here the super successful sole bread winner does not have the liberty to even talk to his wife...

Even I am in this situation myself as DEV
