What could Om's secret be?

I'm late as always, but I just saw the spoilers post has been updated. The new spoiler about Om is so exciting. We know Om has a past, but I'm intrigued by the haunting secrets part.

I almost wished I hadn't read that because the waiting will be torture 😆

I always thought his past with drugs was related to Tej and his affair, but I don't think so anymore. It seems to be something bigger now. He might have used the drugs as a coping mechanism. People sometimes use drugs to deal with traumatic incidents or suppress painful memories. I wonder did he do something (or thinks he did) and couldn't get over the guilt and then turned to drugs to numb the pain? Did he see something and used the drugs to block it from his mind? Or maybe he knows something about Tej the others don't and that's why he is always suspecting him?

It had to be very traumatic for it to have such an impact on him. Whatever it is I feel bad for him already. Possible traumatic past and an intense love story. I don't want to see him sad, but acting wise I know he will be amazing. This show just keeps getting better and better.

Any ideas on the hidden demons surrounding Om?

What might be the reason for Om turning to drugs. We can endlessly speculate 😆 But whatever it is it will be definitely something worth waiting for .

Is it something more than the failed relationship of his parents or did something else contribute to it too? What is the reason for Om's visceral hatred for Tej? Can't forget that awesome scene where he blasts Tej for ruining his childhood.

Been wondering if the arrival of the new ACP has anything to with this since anyway after Gayatri's death he will definitely go digging into the Oberoi's past.

And not to forget we can look forward to some awesome ObBros moments . Don't know how far Rudy is aware or how old he was . But since it's Shivaay who took Om to rehab, emotional ShivKara is definitely guaranteed. .❤️

Totally looking forward to this track .You are do right IB seems to be getting better and better . So much to look forward to suddenly.*fingers crossed*😳

I think there was some tragedy on his childhood about which only he knows it could be related to the secret tej and shakti was talking about . shivaay took him to rehab but it is not necessary that shivaay knows the reason why om became drug addict i dont know but i have a weird feeling that tej shakti killed anika's parents and om is the eyewitness his words about ishana indicated that he had problem in trusting people in the past otherwise why would he say his cant trust people anymore his entire belif is shaken he barely knew ishana she cant have that much effect on him but whatever it is it will be great to watch

This why I think it has to do with Tej as well. His hatred from him is real and unwavering.

I didn't think about that you're right there is a possibility Shivaay doesn't know what triggered the drug use. I think it has something to do with Tej as well.
