Ishwari- You are now taking decisions in Dev's business also. You were extremely authoritative and rude while passing the judgment that Vicky will be joining Dev and now its upto Dev to decide what position he has to offer him. You should not put Dev's business under family pressure and must understand few things before pressurizing Dev.

-Vicky doesn't deserve to inherit the fruits of all the hard work and success of Dev.

-Dev's Business must not be influenced by his responsibilities towards his relatives.

-Hiring a person for a Job depends upon his education, skills, competence and experience. Let Dev alone decide if Vicky is capable of filling any role.

-Dev has no obligation to involve any of his family members in his business as it is not a Family business. Dev is the sole creator and Flag bearer of his empire.

-Most importantly the financial security of your house depends upon Dev's business. If you were so careful,anxious with the whole pre nup thing then you cannot just take decision in Dev's business in a weak /emotional moment.

You are dragging family politics to office by using your motherly right to make decisions in Dev's business without thinking for once the repercussions of it. Firstly you were trying to force your rights in Dev's bedroom and now Dev's Business. It was fairly Ok till Kitchen as you are the one who has been managing this home from beginning but now you are poking your nose in Dev's business. Not right !

Remember the big long lecture that you gave to Sona when Sona was trying to do homely stuffs beyond her abilities. You must apply the same logic to yourself now. You are not a board member or a major shareholder in Dev's business so you please stay out of it.

Dev is a self made person and we are not talking a family business here which needs to be discussed inside house. It is fine even if Dev doesn't discuss his business affairs with Sona as he is the one who is handling it all single-handedly and knows in and outs of it. He is the one who knows what is good for his business and what is not.

Ishwari - You are adding up troubles for your son and your son will have to pay a huge price for it which is beyond your imagination. Your unnecessary interventions in Dev's business can have devastating effects and can cause a permanent damage.

If there is anyone who has birthright over Dev's business are his own children and that too after his consent.

Dev even told a qualified candidate like Ria, who is his own sister, to start as an intern and not take advantage of his position. At that time she discouraged Ria and now she is promoting a person like Vicky! Weird confused woman!
