Everyone enters the office & are shocked to know that Shabbir Alhuwalia had purchases 42% of the shares from Modis, Suryavanshis, Rahejas & Raizadas. Viranis are associated with Suryavanshis & Modis. They too are facing the same trouble. The elders of the families caution the youngsters from selling any shares & buy more shares when there is an opportunity.
Swayam had teamed up with Alhuwalias. He wanted to take revenge from the Modi family for his mother Mansi though she isn't his real mother. Alhuwalia tells Swayam, "You go to the Modi Board Meeting. I will go to Raizadas. Siddharth will go to Suryavanshis & Kartik will go to Rahejas."
Everyone agrees with Alhuwalia strategy.
Swayam: You are really a genius. I thought I am the best.
Alhuwalia: I know but I have told you that you will be benefitted joining me as a partner.
The Modis go in for the board meeting & are shocked to see Swayam there. Rishi, Gautam, & Manthan had gone to play cricket. They had got selected for the National level & have an important match with Punjab. Rahul, Sujal, Lakshya & Arnav had gone for an important basketball match. Akash is taking care of the business in Arnav's absence but he has to keep Arnav updated. NK comes to the office & sees Lavanya. He gets attracted to her. Lavanya too sees him & gets the same feeling for NK. They go to the ball with their friends. NK & La pair up for a couple dance. La is impressed about NK's jive. NK proposes to Lavanya who happily accepts the proposal.
At Modi Industries
Ahem confronts Swayam saying,"How dare you come to my office?"
Swayam: I have 42% of your shares. I have every right. Alhuwalia is my partner.
Samar & Sahir: The comany is still not yours. It belongs to us. You leave from here rightaway otherwise, it won't be good for you.
Swayam: company may not be mine but I will takeover this company very soon.
Ahem asks Jigar to push Swayam out. Jigar drags him & throws him out of the company.
Swayam: I will see you all later.
He leaves.
At AR Designs
Akash insults Alhuwalia & throws him out. Kartik & Siddharth too have the same fate. They join together & discuss about taking over these companies.
Basketball Tournament
Rajkot team wins with the combined efforts of Arnav, Sujal, Lakshya & Rahul. They are selected to play for India.
Cricket Tournament
Rajkot wins the finals against Punjab. Rishi, Manthan & Gautam are also selected for the Indian cricket team.
All of them come with the good news which is the consolation for their families. Akash had updated Arnav about the developments.
Arnav: Akash, keep checking the share market as I won't be available for one month as I have to go to the camp. I will be in touch through skype, whatsapp & email.
Khushi, Kashish, KT, Mehek & Juhi accompany them to cheer up their husbands.
Manthan is balancing between his cricket & his upcoming wedding. The trio have to leave for the tournament after a month.
