What challenges would you like to see Masterchef india?

-vegetarian/vegan challenge

-bakery/desserts--> molten lava cake, reinvent halwa, shakar pare(either sweet/sour), red velvet cheesecake (my personal favorite😛😛), 3 layer cake with either same or different fillings (probably in the finale episode😆😆)

-drinks--> elevating "chai" in different manner, "coffee beans,"

-namkeen dishes--> idli, dosa, curry, kebabs,

**I liked how they liquid nitrogen for last season as an idea for challenge**😃

In my view, at a later stage, they need to have the tough test of being able to follow a chef's cooking simultaneously. It tests a lot of skills plus the ability to follow instructions quickly since cooking in a professional environment is not just about innovation.

I would love to see some more taste tests.

And vegetarian challenges are always pleasing because then at least I can try something like the dish if it looks good and if I can see how it's made. 😉

I want them to make some international dishes that aren't common - murtabak, okonomiyaki or even sushi!!

Or another one where they make couples or individually but prepare dishes from different parts of India but again not common ones - Sindhi, Manipuri, Kashmiri, pahadi
