My name is Churri as in Bangles in Bangla (Bengali). Yes Mahi and her family is Bengali...lol!! I am 28 years old and have a master's degree in film and media studies...I am a complete Ravian and love Jamai Raja for the story firstly...I have been part of this forum FOR A LONG TIME now. Have not left only because SidNi are not here anymore. The story got me interested first and then I begun watching for Nia. In the process fell in love with Ravi. But that has not changed how I feel about the story. Jamai Raja is a great show which is nothing like the others. Sadly though it is not getting the proper acknowledgement as it deserves.

Basically I'm not new to the show or the forum bt I've been inactive on IF for almost two yrs now so u can think that I'm a newbie on the forum.. XD

back in 2014... At first I loved the JR promo.. I started watching for Ravi.. n then I instantly fell in love with SidNi.. kept watching the show despite its highs n lows... that was until half of season 2... then I felt I couldn't watch evn for ravi or sidni.. also I was bsy with college.. n basically was inactive on the forum all the while.

I heard of the leap recently n started watching again as its a fresh story. I really loved Ravi as bindass chawl guy Satya.. he's so cool. and yea evn tho i love sidni.. I never hated SaHi.. the reason being obvious, story is different.. (yea the jamai part n some similarities are there but still) n the plot is intriguing. like SidNi's son's hidden identity... family fued... I started liking shiny also.. she's cute. so that's how im watching the show again..

I find SaHi cute in their own way. (no offense sidni fans.. I love sidni too, bt i jus cnt hate sahi)

so yeah.. that's a long story, hehe

u r ryt! JR is a good show... evn post leap the story is intriguing. the actors all doing good. I hope everyone gives this show a chance.
