Chapter 1:

Noori is pacing back and forth in her room. In the haste of the moment just to keep her father's word she agreed to marry Rajveer but now she is having second thought. She should've talk to Arjun at least once. She picked up her cell phone and dialed Arjun's number but it came switched off. Then she tried his home number and it started ringing. After few rings a voice came floated in.

Voice: Hello? Aap koun bol rahe hai?

Noori: Hi. Main Arjun ki dost Noori. Arjun gharpe hai kya?

Voice: Ohh.. Arjun vaia gharpe nehi hai. Jabse Tina didi ayi hai tabse Arjun vaia gharpe rehte hi nehi.

Noori: Tina didi?

Chutki: Haan Tina didi. Arjun vaia ki best friend. Aaj dono puranewale Shiv mandi gye hai.

Noori: Accha. Thanks.

Voice: You are welcome.

After putting the receiver in the cradle Astika smirked and went to reclaim his place in the sofa. Few minutes later Yashodha came back with a glass full of water and gave it to Astika.

Astika: Shukria. Aab hame agya dijye. Haam chalet hai.

Yashodha: Are aise kaise ja sakte hai aap. Baithie. Arjun aa jyega. Woh Shiv mandir yaha se jyada dur nehi hai. Arjun aur Tina ko gye hue do ghante ho chuke hai. Aa jayenge thodi der mein.

Astika: Nehi behen. Hame kuch jaruri kam pe bhi jana hai. Kabhi aur aa jayenge.

Yashodha: Ji thik hai.

After Astika left Yashodha went back to work she was doing.

Noori parked her at the gates of that old Shiv Mandir and went inside to look for Arjun. She will have to talk to Arjun at any cost. She will have to clarify her actions to Arjun. Few days ago her father threw a party where even Arjun was invited. She was so happy. But her happiness was sort lived. At the middle of the party her father announced her desire to marry off Noori to Rajvir. Noori was very shocked but she couldn't do anything as it also the matter of her father's honor. She decided to talk to her father after the party but that plan also got foiled. Just after the party her father informed her that he have been a great task and will have to be out of Amroli for few days. So, she suppressed the matter for that time. But she will never be able to forget Arjun's face when Rajvir slid the ring in her finger.

Shaking the past memories she went inside but stopped at the door seeing the scenario before her.

Arjun was there with another girl. His hand was resting on top of hers.

Arjun: Main tumse wada karta hoom Tina. Chahe jo ho jaye. Main tumhara saath kabhi nehi chodunga. Haar kadam mein jab bhi tum peche mudke dekhogi to mujhe apne sath pavogi.

Then as if to prove his point he hugged her to his chest and rested his cheek in her forehead.

Noori felt as if someone had punched her in the stomach. She didn't bother to wait but ran for the car.

Flashback-

Arjun was sitting in a rock with Tina beside her and reminiscing their old days. But one thing he noticed that in this past few days Tina never mentioned her parents.

Arjun: Tina ek baat bata? Uncle aunty theek hai na? Jabse tu ayi hai tabse uncle aunty ke bade na koi baat ki. Nahi maine tuhe unse baat karte hue dekha.

Clouds gathered at the ever bubbly girl's face and she went to stand in front of the idol.

Tina: Main tab 9 saal kit hi jaab maine Amroli choda. Hamare yaha se jane ke baad hi mom ki death ho gyi. Phir dad apne kam mein busy ho gye aur main apni tarahse akeli badi hui. Par at least koi to tha jisse mein family keh sakoom. Kuch din pehle dad bhi chal base. Main akeli ho gyi Arjun ekdam akeli.

By then fresh tears were rolling down from her eyes. Arjun couldn't bear the tears in his best friend's eyes. He went to her and took her hand on his. Before the ingenious Lord Shiva he made a promise without knowing that Noori saw them and could misinterpret the meaning.

Flashback ends..

Astika who was well hidden behind a big rock smiled.

Astika: Manna padega tumhe Uloopi. Pehle to Tina banke Arjun ke ghar pe ghus gye. Aur aab apni kahani pe Arjun ko apni taraf bhi kar liya. Guru Vasuki ke jane baad mujhe to laga tha ki tumhe sambhalna namumkin ho jyega. Par kehte hai ki badle ki aag sabse badi aag hoti hai jo murde ko bhi jivit kar deti hai. Aab yehi badle ki aag hi tumhe age ki rah dikhayegi.

Flashback

When Astika and Uloopi reached the spot there had been nothing left of Guru Vasuki. The Garud had totally destroyed his form. Uloopi sat at the ground and screamed and screamed. After she finished her screams Astika went to her and placed his hand on her shoulder.

Uloopi was the only daughter of Guru Vasuki and Nag rajkumari Chitrangana. When she came into Chitrangana's womb the great Nag Guru prophesied that the girl will the rebirth of Naga Princess Uloopi.

Just after Arjun's birth Vasuki got exiled from Naglok for helping out Pranali. But he always kept in touch with his little daughter whom Chitrangana named after her pre-birth, Uloopi. One day when Chitrangana secretly went to meet Guru Vasuki, Mohini caught the chance and brutally killed him. But before she could hurt the child Astika using his power hid the child. Though she never met Vasuki growing up, she held a strange love and respect for her father.

Astika: Hame pata hai tum kya chahte ho. Badla lena chahte ho na uss Garud se? Par haam uss Garud se nehi lad sakte.

Uloopi's head snapped at his direction. Her eyes have been slit revealing her snake form.

Uloopi: Uss Garud ke lye haam akele hi kaafi hai Mahabali Astika.

Astika: Pagal mat bano. Apni krodh pe kabu rakho. Kahi aisa na ho ki krodh mein andhi hokar tum apna badleka mouka bhi kho do.

Uloopi: Kya karna hoga hame?

Astika: Agar uss Garud se koi lad sakta hai to woh hamara manav putra Arjun hai. Tumhe Arjun ko trilok ke Nagarjun banana hai.

Uloopi: Thik hai phir. Main javunga ussk paas. Chaye ki tarah usske sath rahunga main. Aab usse Nagarjun bananeki jimmedari meri.

Astika: Hame maaf kar dena Noori. Tumse hamari koi bhi biaktigat dushmani nehi hai. Likin tum mere putra ke Nagarjun banneke raste mein sabse badi bighna ban jati. Isslye tumhare sath yeh chota sa khel hame khelna pada. Vabishyabani ke mutabek Arjun ko agar koi Nagarjun mein rupantarit kar payega to woh sirf aur sirf Uloopi hai. Likin phikar mat karo. Main yeh bhi dhyan rakhunga ki tumhe Shankhachurna ki chungul se jald se jald nikaloom.
