I have no mood to rewatch tabhi scene to confirm exact lines but I can tell you about what I thought..

First bit is Abhi apologizing so much.. like how guilty he is, how he never would misbehave etc.
Tannu doesn't bother to reply.. he also says he admires her beauty but never meant to disrespect her (I think he wanted to say though he finds her beautiful doesn't mean he ever means misbehaving for that)..

Then he is like reply to me.. she shows her sad apparent state about her family hurt, shamed etc. She also makes a point that he is a big star.. and that she is just a model so her career is at stake not his!

Then they show Aalu sending Pragya upstairs scene! I felt the focus was more to show Pragya's tears than tabhi proposal!

Then Tannu acts like she got no idea about proposal!! Abhi even asks her if Aalu told her anything but Tannu is like she was crying so mchb she doesn't know anything.

Abhi then thinks he has to say something now that makes Tannu feel better and agrees to the proposal.. so he says he something like he means a meaningful relationship and not just a relation for the sake of it and he would want her as GF before this too etc.

After he proposes Tannu says she always wanted this for years.. Abhi is shocked to hear this but Tannu makes up like she feels they were meant to be.

Obviously Pragya sees all this, cries in a corner and Aalu records it, Tannu rejoices!

I felt Abhi'a apology was genuine, proposal was half hearted. He likes Tannu but not like he was dying to be her BF. It's more like an arranged marriage for him where you like the boy or girl but not too sure. God he was kind of nervous proposing too! (Kudos to Shabbo for bringing that nervousness to Abhi).

Btw the scene where Abhi goes to sleep showed his real reaction to the proposal. He thought he should be very happy because things went his way and Tannu agreed but he is feeling like he is not sure if this is right or wrong. And he was upset about Pragya's reaction too.. since he felt like she was upset.

Abhi didn't think about daadi's reaction or opinion about Tanu, what if she oposes, will he take his proposal back?

I had said before I didn't want Abhi to fall for Pragya while being committed to Tanu ,but now the same is going to happen.

He thought about Daadi's initial reaction before proposing! Daadi had told him na he didn't think of his image or family image.. that was the first thing he thought before proposing .. he felt he ha to fix damage and make it all right.:-(

Anu that is bound to happen! What they wanna show is- even before memory comes back, even though he is committed to Tannu, his heart will go to Pragya!

No one really trsut him.
How easily dadi blamed him when she saw the news?

How could she? That too with Tanu!

But marriage is not the solution for this problem, he took the decision in a haste & he will regret it.
