In the coming episodes, Akshay and Nandini will go to Lonavala. Meanwhile, Vijaya would learn about Mansi and Neeti's (Mahi Milan Kanani) accident. Neeti will need a surgery but Vijaya would want to wait for Akshay as her blood group does not match with Neeti.
Furthermore, Vijaya will call Akshay and inform him about the accident but as he is in Lonavala, she will call Nandini. Vijaya will wonder how Nandini knows about Neeti's mishap when she would call her for the surgery.
