Mangalsutra is very important for brahmins.It is like marriage will be considered incomplete if mangalsutra is not tied.I don't know why cvs missed that step of showing mangalsutra scene.Strictly speaking they are not married according to brahmin culture and customs as they did not show mangalsutra scene.It might not be important for bengalis but is must in brahmin culture

Thank god they have finally toned down her jewelry. I always feel she will look out of the work when she wears simple necklace ...
